Been bringing my dogs here for boarding for years. They almost enjoy going, and are not stressed out when you pick them up… just so well cared for. Staff are amazing!

So we have been looking for some time for a boarder for our Collie who will allow her to play with other dogs ALL OF THE TIME. Not for just 15 minutes and then charge us a surcharge… oye…anywho this place is pretty great overall.
The Good: Your four legged friend gets to play with other dogs in a large area all of the time! The exception is bed time when they go into a crate. The staff are warm and knowledgeable and the place didnt really smell all that bad considering it had a butt load of dogs running around.
The not so good: Well there isnt too much here except we had to buy food there for our dog and it was overpriced. This really wasn’t a pleasant surprise but considering our mutt was happy I got over it quick.
The owner is awesome and makes it clear her priority is your dog and its happiness and safety. I am not a dog freak but I didnt want my sissy Collie getting its head ripped off by a Shepard so it was good to know each dog is screened prior to and evaluated constantly for aggressive behavior and is removed ASAP if this rears its head.
Sookie will return.

If you are unhappy about leaving your pet in a facility that confines them to a run and doesn’t know or care about them as an individual, this place is for you. Personalized care and an «at-​home» atmosphere rule at So Doggone Good. The staff knows each guest by name and truly enjoys being with them. Being primarily a daycare facility, your dog will get supervised play time all day, and if they do board, they will be tired and get a good rest. The staff is experienced and Doris, the owner, is on-​site every day. This place is a rare find and I recommend it completely.
