Wings were good. Tons of variety. Slim choices on beer. More commercialized than I remember from the original QS&L in Sharon PA. Some it’s attached to Castaway Bay it gets really crowded around dinner.

I could set up my Unilocal account in the time that I came here, to when I was served. The atmosphere is tacky, and the service sucks. WISH I COULDGIVEIT0STARS. This place is a dump.

Went on the Wed. evening before Thanksgiving. Had some sort of buffet going on. Food wasn’t bad, average for a wing joint, just seemed like no one was really paying attention to when items ran out and/or were concerned with maintaining the buffet, #shrug. Probably woulda’ done better ordering off the menu, IMO, but I’m a sucker for AYCE, :(. The décor is cool and the staff was upbeat, friendly & attentive.

Ignored by six, count ‘em six, employees behind the bar chatting it up. I was sitting at the bar 15 feet from them. The chain has been plagued for years by spotty service. Sometimes it’s ok, sometimes ridiculously bad. Avon, OH was probably the best around here. So the chain entered bankruptcy last Monday and is trying to be acquired by Truckstops of America. That’s right, a truckstop chain. What could possibly go wrong having a truckstop chain owner? Ask any Cleveland Browns fan.

We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon, not real busy. Seated promptly, seated by the window overlooking the water near lake Erie. Drinks were good, food came in about 10 minutes. Very good BBQ O-ring cheese steak sandwich. Loved it. I would definitely return.

Been to several of these throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania, this is by far the worst Quaker steak. We stopped in around 10:30 so it wasn’t very busy, just people leaving cedar point mainly. Service started out good, server came to our table quickly and make good recommendations for drinks. So we ordered some drinks, an appetizer and wings. Drinks took awhile to get and the appetizer took longer than expected. We just got chips but that needed 10 minuets to heat up I guess. Our server dropped off the chips and seemed to disappear. Wings took forever to get, about 40 minutes. Our server didn’t drop them off it was someone else and we were missing some things. Expecting to see the server again to request what we were missing but she never showed up. Our drinks had been empty since before the wings got there so we had no drinks. We finished our wings and sat for about 5 minutes before our server showed up. She never asked how the food was or explained where she was. Just dropped our check off and walked away. Food was good, nothing over the top, for a larger order of wings I expected to get more than 2 pieces of celery and 2 baby carrots. Next time I want Quaker steak I’ll go to a different one, this one is not worth it.

Yep, you’ve seen it here before for this place, expect a long wait for your food pretty much no matter what the conditions. Who ever owns this is milking the franchise name. GOELSEWHERE!

I have been there twice for lunch now since they opened. The food is what you would expect from a major chain restaurant. Pleasing to palate, but uninspiring. Multiple wing sauce options are nice and those are a step above BW3s. My biggest gripe would be the exceptionally slow service. I gave them a pass my first visit since they recently opened, but about a month later it was the same story. Plenty of servers to go around, but apparently not enough kitchen staff. This was during the week so unless your job gives you an hour for lunch, call ahead for pick up.

I feel bad but this place took over an hour to bring us our food and it was cold and overly salty we ate nothing and left. Drinks were okay but kinda sweet and not that strong. The bartender with long dark hair was awesome very attentive and knew her stuff! The manager comped our whole meal and they seemed understaffed, but not recommended.

Stopped by after a long day at Cedar Point. Inside was a little too cold but food was well worth it. No wait for a table. Chicken with macaroni and cheese entrée was awesome. Kids meal came in a fold up race car. Thinking about going back before we leave because we don’t have these in Chicago.

So we stop here to eat a later dinner about 8 pm after staying at Put in Bay Ohio for the day we were checking in to Castaway Bay Hotel(which by the way sucked!) We were told it would be a 25 minute wait for dinner we said okay cuz it was real close to the hotel we’re tired and didn’t really want to travel far the seating to wait for a table was close to the dining room some of it wasn’t but the one was close in the near dining room area. I decided to Unilocal the restaurant to see what the reviews were just to have an idea of what other people thought I’m glad that I decided to leave from what I read it wasn’t that great anyway. I counted 19 open tables why would we be waiting 25 minutes when there are 19 tables open the patio was empty. I don’t understand it’s July maybe you guys shouldn’t cut the floor… if that was the issue this is coming from somebody who used to be a server. I never got cut until 9 no matter what even if it meant I didn’t have a table for the rest of the evening they would not cut us so we left and I won’t be back and we’re here for a few days. Just sad!!!

Pretty good food and a great beer selection. The service was slow but I think it’s just because they just opened. Cool atmosphere for sure. A bit pricy.

After a long day at Cedar Point, we decided to eat close to the hotel. We walked over to the Quaker Steak and lube for dinner. We ordered our food and about fifteen minutes later the table behind us was seated. We waited over an hour to get our food. The table behind us was served promptly and was done eating before our food was delivered. The service was horrible! I signed a waiver to try their hottest hot wings and needless okay they were not that hot.

I ordered an Old Fashion which is one of their«featured» cocktails. Unfortunately it was obvious that the bartender did not know how to properly make one. Food was okay, standard chain food. Wait times on food was longer than necessary for the crowd in the restaurant.

For such a touristy area, it’s great to have a QS&L here. The wings are meaty and I highly recommend the golden garlic sauce. Definitely get magna fries. The beer selection isn’t shabby either with a rotating Great Lakes on draft(an Ohio brewery). Service was decent(what you’d expect at a wings place) and the food arrives quickly. A bit on the high price side for wings, but given the location it’s fair and to be expected. Definitely worth a stop!

Poor management all the way around. Waited 45 minutes isn’t really a big deal. Waiting an hour for your appetizer and then another hour for your food is a big deal. A lot of frustrated patrons with no regard from the staff. Stay clear from this place. A lot of excuses is all you’ll get

Read the reviews and was hesitant on coming but took a chance and came here and I have to say those reviews are false! Sat right down, waiters came over and said we’ll be right with you! We ordered and had some cocktails! Everything was perfect would love to have this restraint in Florida! Me personally I think it’s better then Friday’s and cheaper! Thank you

Hands down, the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It took 15 mins for our waitress to come take our drink order. When she did, we ordered our food. First, the waitress wasn’t sure if they had mild sauce. What wing place doesn’t have mild sauce? Second, they bring my 12 yr old daughter a kids drink cup. She didn’t order off the the kids menu. The best part, some of our boneless wings showed up before my son’s root beer. Not all the boneless wings, just a few. He had food before he had a drink. We have absolutely no desire to go back. The only reason we went was because The Thirsty Pony was packed. Never again. We will wait for a table instead of going through that debacle again. They should’ve never closed down The Friday’s that was there. Service and food were so much better!

The Arizona burger is soo tasty. I had the baked potato with everything but sourcream and it was super good. I tried the supercharged hot sauce and drank the entire plastic ramekin and my friends paid for my meal :) it wasn’t too hot. The spicy bbq sauce was super good too. Our server Kaitlin was awesome! I’m coming back to try the atomic hot sauce
