I absolutely love this Ulta, I feel so loved from everyone in this store. A friend recommended it about two years ago and I still go to this day with the same experience. Everyone in this store is so helpful and is always there to ask if I need any assistance. I’ve gone looking for many different things wether it be hair care, nail care, or makeup I’ve been assisted and greeted. I feel at home on this store and the workers have really gotten to know me and make me feel welcome. If you’re planning to get your eyebrows done, I highly recommend it. I was in need to get my eyebrows done the a week before a party and got them done at a nail salon(they had burned me and left them so uneven) I went in and was helped right away my Mari. She told me I would have to let them grow out a little while before she could alter the same, since they were freshly done. After I grew them out, she absolutely perfected my eyebrows and took her time making sure they’d be perfect. I had gone in with my mother, and I felt so nice because my mom was able to converse with her and we’ve became quite a fan. I’ve recently taken my grandma to get her eyebrows done(she’s not a fan of wax) and with the smallest about of eyebrow Mari was able to go through the procedure and let her know how she would form them. My grandma loved the wax, and was not in pain at all I now bring her back once a month. The pricing is up there in the clouds but I guarantee that this is not a cheap experience. Also, if you’re planning to get your makeup done or you need some advice I hope you can get in touch with Yesenia. She is such a makeup wiz and can perfectly match you and guide you through doing your own makeup everyday. I definitely recommend coming here with an open mind!

I scheduled a brow wax appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar, but usually I go to the one at Fashion Valley Mall. Not only was I not greeted when I first walked in, but once I got to the brow bar, the associates still did not greet me. I tried to make it obvious that I was here for my appointment at 5:40 that I called in for, and as I was attempting to make eye contact with the brow lady, she continued to chat with other customers as if she didn’t have an appointment within the next 5 minutes. I stood there looking stupid and completely ignored. The brow lady just continued her conversation. She also BEGAN doing the customers brows at 5:38 and by this time, still, no associate had asked me if I had checked in for my appointment. Suuuuuch bad customer service for someone who doesn’t speak Spanish or doesn’t look of a Hispanic background. It’s as if when I walked in(I’m Filipina), all heads turned away and I was completely ignored. I’m currently writing this review in the parking lot and I’m 7 minutes past my appointment time without a notification call from Benefit. I was neglected the entire time and it’s safe to say I’m never coming back! Such a disappointment from a good company.

If you need to get your eyebrows done I would definitely recommend coming here. Ask for Mary when you go. She takes her time and shapes eyebrows so amazingly perfect!

All the girls at the Benefit brow bar at this ULTA are so nice. They all do a really great job. Everytime I come in everyones very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Mari she does a great job with eyebrows

I never ever have to write reviews, but this really called for it. I would NOT recommend this Ulta to anyone. I recently visited this store, and the experience was not a good one. I was in the store for about 45min-1hr browsing all the wonderful items Ulta sells. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I came across about 5 works, and still no one even acknowledged me. The workers were talking, and even talking when I came up to the register to check out. It is sad that this store has so much to offer, but the workers lack customer service.
