I usual don’t write review but I need to let people know about this firm especially Mary whipple! She has cost me over $ 1000 dollars mistake which she should have disclosed that the opponent attorney who represent my ex husband Simona Zakheim is her best friend! I had the feeling in the beginning that she wasn’t looking out for my best interest. She was listening and agreed on everything what her best friend Simona tells her! If you are looking for an aggressive attorney, Mary is far from it! Nevertheless she is no longer representing me! What a waste of time and money!

Mary Whipple is a nightmare attorney in every aspect. I was one of her largest clients for 18 months during which she screwed up so many things that I can’t mention them all. In the end, an arbiter forced her to reduce my bill by several thousand dollars due to several bungled filings. Eventually I retained another attorney to clean-​up the mess she left, though it was too late. In short — I felt ripped off by her. An example: She failed to prepare for the deposition of the CPA valuing my ex-wife’s business, one of our largest assets. In the deposition, Whipple asked only 5 largely irrelevant questions while the opposing counsel had 2hrs of well thought out and crafted questions. Another bungle was in final negotiations where she neglected to advice me to put time limits on when community debts taken by my ex-​spouse had to be paid off. She also appeared as an honored guest at an event being hosted by my ex-​spouse right in the middle of our divorce proceedings. The list goes on… Biggest mistake I ever made was hiring her! By the way my 2^nd attorney was amazing and did an incredible job. I have referred three others to him and all have been extremely happy in working with him, professionally and personally. Get a referral from a trusted source before hiring a divorce attorney. That is how i found my second attorney. Don’t use just the internet to select an attorney. I chose Whipple because of the misleading internet presence she has created online. Run, don’t walk from Mary Whipple!!! Oh, documentation on her appearing as a guest of my ex spouse at a ceremony honoring «my attorney»…

I retained Mary Whipple to represent me in my dissolution when I moved to New York from California. I am an attorney, though not one who is knowledgeable about family law, and I had been handling matters myself, but after moving across the country, I wanted someone local to handle matters for me.
I moved shortly after the dissolution was commenced, so Mary handled all aspects of the case, except for the initial filing. Mary and her team did an excellent job in every respect. She responded to emails promptly, she gave excellent advice, all pleadings and documents were properly and promptly prepared, and she did all this while keeping the fees very reasonable. I was in private law practice in California for many years, and I know a good attorney when I see one. May is a good attorney, and I can recommend her without reservation.

My good friend is going through a nasty divorce, and was fortunate enough to hire Tammy as her attorney. I got a chance to see Tammy at work, when I went to the courthouse to support my friend, and I can tell you she is outstanding.
My friend can’t stop raving about how professional, reasonable and easy Tammy is to work with! I have personally gotten to know her now, and I totally agree with my friends assessment –Tammy is awesome.
