Worst place Ever !!! Do not go here ! They are crooks and will take your money .I was overcharged by 500 and will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau! After contacting the owner they gave me nothing but a short response about not being accountable ! FRAuD!!! I will be telling all my family and friends. Good thing I am a lawyer and will be filing a legal suit. Nice to also know protestors ! Never again will I go to this horrible establishment !!!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I went to every tanning place from Pleasanton, Dublin and then San Ramon. They were all around the same price but customer service is what sold me. The girls are all so sweet and knowledgable. You don’t feel pressured into anything you don’t want and they actually took me around to see the beds and not just a picture.
The beds themselves are all great. They change the bulbs so you are always getting a good tan. If the beds are being used a lot they are really hot. With that I’ve been going for Almost a month and am already dark.

This review is specifically for Sevdana, who provides airbrush spray tan. I have been going to Sevdana for quite some time now. I love to be tan but I don’t tan well in a regular tanning bed. I used to do versa spa, but after getting airbrushed I will never do a booth spray tan again. First of all, I love her product, it does not smell bad, and I love the tan. i’ve been airbrushed before but she’s definitely the best. She make sure that your hands and feet are clean before you leave and pays great attention to detail. I am very picky, and also very fair skinned, but I like to be really dark. She’s worked with me to find the perfect dark solution for me that still looks natural on my fair skin. If you want a bronze tan that is not orange, then she is great. I have recommended her to many of my friends and they have all loved her as well!

Love this tanning spot have been coming for over a year now just haven’t gotten a chance to write a review. This spot is very cute and clean and even my bf loves coming with me. The girls are all very nice in the front when you check in as well. I get a nice good tan after just 2 visits and don’t have to come back for a while. It’s in a cute shopping center where I can get other things I need done and then stop here after it’s definitely convenient.

Every experience at Utopia that I have had has been nothing but perfect. The facility itself is immaculate from the moment you enter the business to the tanning rooms and even the bathroom. All the employees are super sweet and have made every visit a genuine one. Jessica and Tori has been so helpful with all of my questions and I regularly see them helping other clients with advice on packages lotions and tanning times. There really isn’t any tanning salon that can compete with Utopia!!!

I recently (as in, like two days ago) signed up for a tanning package. It is close by where I work which was a main selling point. There is nothing noteworthy of the place itself– it is nice, organized and clean. The girl that I signed up with was VERY friendly and helpful. She spent a good 15 – 20 minutes explaining the beds and all the different packages to choose from. I haven’t done a lot of indoor tanning in California, but the prices here seem reasonable for what you get. When I went to use the bed for the first time, the girl at the front (different from the girl I signed up with) was also friendly. The bed itself was nice and there was a good size fan so I didn’t feel like I was getting too hot or sweaty while using it. There are many different tanning places to choose from and so far I feel like I made the right choice by using Utopia.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile so here it goes… I have to give the new manager Jessica props. My boyfriends mom and I came in looking to sign her up and we wanted to find the best deal for what she was looking for. Jessica was there and she actually sat down next to us in the waiting area and ask my boyfriend’s mom what she could do in order to accomadate her needs since we were leaving in 2 ½ weeks for vacation. We spent about 45 minutes with Jessica who so politely and patiently talked through with us on all of our options. Customers came in and out and she didn’t rush us or them at all. This was the best customer service I have ever recieved at Utopia and my boyfriend’s mom was so impressed since seeing it was her first time ever coming in. Jessica ended up signing up my bfs mom and her daughter for memberships and she was so helpfull we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved her help when we left. Thanks again Jessica for all of your help and making me look good infront of my mans mom. This was a successful reccomendation for someone who’s very special to me and this is the best tanning salon in the tri-​valley area :)

I have recently moved back to danville so i had to look for a new tanning salon, my old tanning salon was really awesome but is too far now. I REALLY enjoy utopia. It is very clean and the girls working the front desk are super sweet, the beds are really nice and I enjoy relaxing there! I will def be back for another monthly membership!

I’ve been a customer at Utopia for well over 4 years. I came here a lot in high school to get tan for proms and dances, and I still come here when I’m home from college for the summer! It’ll always be my favorite place to tan, and I always look forward to seeing Lexi E. behind the front desk :)

Great staff. Everyone has been very professional and informative! Their Mystic is Awesome! I just moved in the area and searched a few places before finding the right one for me, I am super picky! I stopped by here the other day. I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping in the area and needed a break. With an upcoming tahoe trip, I thought a tan and some red light would be perfect. The girl working was super nice and they have really good tanning and red light beds. If I’m around here again ill definitely come by.

I would highly recommend this tanning salon! They have very reasonable prices for packages! And for college students for a month of unlimited tanning (one session per day) it’s $ 40! I also love the workers, one in particular Amy:) Her customer service is always so great, and more genuine than anything. I love coming here for so many reasons!

Favorite tanning place in town. Staff is friendly. They always have specials. My favorite specials are their Anniversary sales they have in February. You can notice a tan after going one time. I went a few times leading up to my wedding and everyone complemented me on my tan. Highly recommend.
