Horrible!!! The place smells very bad and employees are very rude! As soon as I opened my sandwich there was a live bug moving around on my sandwich! I had to throw it away!

I have nothing good to say about this Subway. People that work there are not inviting at all. Don’t look at you. You have to ask for more vegetables or they would give you close to nothing. I work in BR8 and I would rather drive across town then go to this one again. I should be able to expect good customer service if I’m a paying customer.

Just thought I’d pile on this place to keep their ratings low and hopefully prevent others from making the mistake of trying this location. They skimp horribly on everything, and treat you as if you’re stealing from them. The location could work, but they need new ownership and a complete overhaul of employees

This place is bad! They don’t look at you when your ordering and when you order a meal with chips, they won’t give you the chips unless you ask for them. They will not give you any napkins… I mean zero. You have to beg them for it & then they give you one napkin. Also, ask for the receipt, they will not give it to you if you pay cash… probably trying to void the cash sale so they can pocket the cash… sleazy.

What a horrible experience! I never post comments on Unilocal but this was so horrible I couldn’t help but post my experience. I ordered a 6 inch pulled pork sandwich. The lady was very rude. She slammed the meat that was in the pre measured boats onto the bread and left it in one big pile in the center of the bread. Then started to put the cheese on. I stopped her and politely asked her if she could please spread the meat out. She then huffed and puffed about having to spread it. She started picking the meat apart(all while tearing up the bread at the same time) and still didn’t spread it. So I asked her 3 more times to please spread the meat. Then she took my 2 pieces of cheese and broke them in pieces and put them in one big pile. She then toasted it. She asked if I wanted bbq sauce. I replied yes. She put a tiny squirt in the center of the bread. I asked if I could have a little more on the rest of the sandwich. Then she went over overboard and drowned it in sauce. Every veggie I asked for she rolled her eyes about. I gave up asking for anything else. The food was definitely not fresh and bread was stale. Needless to say I didn’t finish my sandwich. What a waste of money. After eating I went to use the restroom to wash my hands(which had an out of order sign on the door). My boyfriend went in and checked it out and toilet and sink were working fine. I’m assuming they put that sign on it so that no one would use it so they wouldn’t have to clean it. All around bad experience. They are a disgrace to the subway name and should be shut down. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. But unfortunately that is not a choice. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I am not just a regular customer, but I am actually a fairly new employee(I’ve been at this location for almost a year now, but that’s beside the point) and, as a regular, have never had problems as far as customer service goes. Sandwiches are not bad in my opinion, but I have simple tastes. As an employee, I have taken it upon myself to be as friendly as possible to customers and correct any mistakes as best I can and I would like to invite those who commented negatively about this location to come back and ask for me when ordering a sandwich and post another comment on Unilocal

My flatbread was extremely hard and not fresh. Actually ate all the ingredients inside the sub and threw out the flatbread. This is a small subway. They are stingy with the toppings. I asked for extra of everything, I could tell the lady was annoyed.

I work right next to this Subway, and trust me I don’t go here by choice. Service here sucks and these people make weird sandwiches. I wish, I could say I will never be back here. Update: This location is permanently closed now.

Do yourself a favor and just don’t even walk in the door of this place. It’s so bad I don’t even know where to start. Each time I’ve ever come in here they never have the bread I want. They only have either wheat or white. It always tastes old and stale and when they«toast» it, it’s only toasted for a few seconds and doesn’t have that toasted taste or texture. The veggies are old, lettuce is always brown. Certainly no eating fresh going on here. Well today was so bad I will never go back. I’m in the middle of ordering my sandwich when the cashier says«Drink and Chips?» really loud and I had to stop telling the sandwich maker what I wanted and go «What?» and she asked again and I said No. And she yells out ‘$ 7.05.” I was like Um, I’m not even done placing my order and she kept repeating«$ 7.05! $ 7.05!» So I just handed her my money and continued ordering. Well after my sandwich was made the cashier decided to go take inventory of the drinks in their fridge and the guy making my sandwich just set it down next to the register and helped the next customer. So I just grabbed it and started to walk out. The other sandwich maker behind the counter starts yelling that I need to pay. In front of everyone, and there was a LONGLINE, she starts screaming that I didn’t pay. WTF?! I had JUSTPAID! She was trying to embarrass me and make me look like a criminal which I clearly am not. I was so pissed walking out of there. Got to work, sat down and opened my sandwich and it’s gross, stale and has no flavor. These foreign women that run this place are rude and have no people skills whatsoever. They need to get into a new business. Corporate needs to come in here and shut this place down. I will never be back and advise everyone else to stay away as well.

I will NEVER come here again. I don’t usually come to this Subway because I’ve had a bad experience with them in the past however that experience was almost 2 years ago so I figured I’d give them another shot. STUPIDME!!! When I walked in there was a nice gentlemen behind the counter that greeted me and then he walked to the back of the restaurant. Then there was an older lady standing there staring at me. No «hello», no «can I help you?», NOTHING. Just a stare full of stank eye as if she was calling me names in her head. I asked her about the December $ 5 foot long sandwich(I wasn’t sure what the sandwich was this month). She didn’t reply however she did take the time to lift her arm and point in the general direction of the other side of the restaurant. I had no idea WTH she was pointing at so I asked again, «what is the sandwich?» She points again but more aggressively this time. I finally figured out she was pointing to the sign telling me what the sandwich was. I was a little annoyed but decided she may not be able to speak so I shouldn’t take her silence personally(Extreme sarcasm). I told her I wanted that sandwich and told her what kind of bread I wanted. She slapped the chicken meat on the bread and then I asked«can I have that toasted please?» and she says«yeah ok» with an attitude as if I’m disturbing her. After toasting the sandwich, she brings it back to the counter and gives me that same stare again. Doesn’t ask me what I’d like on the sandwich, nothing. What if I had been a brand new customer and didn’t know how this worked? I began to tell her what I wanted just so I could be done with her and she began putting the smallest amounts of everything she could on my sandwich. I had to ask her to put«more» of the veggies several times. Then when she got to the sauce I explained to her I didn’t want the chipotle sauce(not a fan of the spicy mayo), she responds rudely and says«THAT’S WHATCOMESONIT» as if I was an idiot and didn’t know what I had ordered. I told her«I understand that but I’d only like honey mustard please». She slathers LOTS of that on there, then she immediately closes my sandwich and cuts it. She didn’t offer me oil and vinegar on my sandwich(which I wanted) nor did she offer me salt and pepper. I was totally DONE with her at this point so I didn’t even bother asking her to add those things. I paid and when she gave me my change, she threw it in my hand and walked away. No «thank you», no «please come again», no «happy holidays», no «f – k you f – k face», none of the above. I had enough at this point and told her«you are VERY rude». Think she cared? Of course she did… DIDNOT. She looked at me as if I was boring her. I decided to just leave before I did something stupid like throw the sandwich at her head and ask for my money back. The sandwich I’m now stuck with and eating is way below standard. The bread is dry(possibly day old bread?), the chicken is bland, the honey mustard doesn’t taste like honey or mustard(I’m afraid to ask what it really is), however the salt and vinegar chips are divine. Never going here again due to horrible customer service and bland food.

I’ve had way too many terrible experiences with this particular store. My biggest complaint is that they are always incredibly rude. I thought my last visit on October 5th was the worst of them, and I had sworn this location off until today, when I thought that I might give it one more chance. But let me go back to October 5th. Right off the bat, I saw numerous foul ups from the sandwich makers, including seeing them mess up an order and proceed to scoop tuna back into a container. The biggest issue was when I saw a «trainee» sneeze into her plastic gloves, not take them off or switch them, and proceed to continue trying to make a sandwich. Thankfully the customer caught her in time. For the record, the employee didn’t replace the gloves even when we notified the trainer. Of course, this trip was topped off with the incredibly rude manager ringing me up at the end. No thank you, no have a nice day, he just(literally) tossed my debit card and receipt back down on the counter and walked away. After that visit, I was fuming, to the point of emailing Subway customer service. I hadn’t gone back in until today, when I thought I’d give it another shot, Boy, was that a mistake. Today, I went in at about 10:45 and asked for a Sunrise Subway Melt, footlong on flatbread. The elderly woman working immediately starts making the sandwich, however, I notice she starts putting roast beef on it. She asks me about cheese, I say, «American.» She puts the cheese on, and starts moving toward the oven, at which point I ask if there isn’t supposed to be bacon on the sandwich. After a couple of more seconds of trying to clarify which sandwich I ordered, the woman begins raising her voice at me telling me I ordered something completely different. At this point I was more inclined to go hungry than continue dealing with such incompetent workers. The laws of customer service are simple: the customer is always right, even when they’re not. Luckily, I’m 100% positive I was right in this case. You NEVER raise your voice at a customer, or insult them. You simply correct your mistake and continue. I will most certainly not be coming back to this Subway again.

This subway is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I usually don’t complain about Subways since I know it’s a fast food store but this place is disgusting and the rudest people work there. They are not friendly one bit. Not even a hello, just a lousy what do you want? My main complaint and why they should close down is that they sweep the ovens with the same broom that they sweep the floors with. DISGUSTING! I saw this as I was ordering food from there. Never again!

Worst. Subway. Ever. Went here this morning for breakfast in a pinch because it’s right across the street from the place I’m working this week. I regret that decision immensely. I ordered the footlong steak, egg & cheese on flat bread. The woman behind the counter was difficult to understand and not very personable. And I certainly was not made to feel welcome. The entire process of making my sandwich seemed to belabor her a great deal. But then things got bad. I’ve ordered at Subway before. And I’ve gotten this sandwich before. Numerous times. And previously, at any other Subway, this sandwich receives TWO«portions» of steak. The lady making the sandwich pulls a box of the steak out of the cooler, and rather than just dumping it out on the sandwich and spreading it out, she takes it, one piece at a time and does her best to make the sandwich appear meat-full, lying one piece next to the other, end-to-end, making sure not to overlap. I was absolutely incredulous. I didn’t know what to do. A moment later after using about half of one portion/box of steak, she returned the steak to the cooler. Then cheese. I wanted the shredded. Once pinch of the shredded cheese was ever so sparsely sprinkled across the already barren sandwich landscape. «May I have some more cheese, please?» {Heavy sigh} Another, smaller, pinch peppered on top and then slapped into the toaster. Things didn’t improve when it was veggie/sauce time either. I asked for onions, bell peppers and olives. I received 5 – 6 of each. I also asked for chipotle sauce, which she clearly didn’t want to give me, but begrudgingly squeezed a thin line of sauce across the sandwich desert. She then wrapped and bagged it with a single napkin. She wrung it up and uttered sharply, «Drink?» “No, thank you.” I paid and left. Now, at my desk eating this dry, sparse«sandwich,» I can attest that the flat bread is stale, the steak is dry and chewy, and the veggies rubbery and bland. Proximity and convenience is no excuse. Avoid this place. I blame myself for not Unilocaling it first. Learn from my error, friends. They’re clearly nickel-and-diming here and customer satisfaction is on the bottom of their list. Thus, returning to this Subway will be at the bottom of mine.

This place sucks. I almost never write Unilocal reviews(this is actually my first) but I had to make a special exception for this place. After I ordered a foot long Subway club on wheat, the lady behind the counter took out a foot long piece of white bread and started scooping tuna into it. Now, generally I have no problem with people messing up an order. We’re all human and usually people are happy to correct it. This time though, when I reminded her of what my order had been, she angrily denied any wrongdoing and told me that this was exactly what I had asked for. I hadn’t come into this Subway expecting to have to stand up for myself and my sandwich making decisions, but there I was reiterating to this woman that I had actually asked for a Subway club on wheat. She scoffed and proceeded to scoop the tuna out of the bread, PUTTHEBREADBACKWITHTHEREST, and began making the sandwich I had originally ordered. The rest of the process was similarly unpleasant as this woman, obviously distraught by the thought of actually listening to her customers, continued to antagonize me while she finished making my sandwich. You’ve been warned.

in an effort to avoid a lengthy reiteration of previous negative reviews, I will instead provide a brief summation Bad service: workers(especially the owner) are rude, condescending, and stingy. Poor Food: thrown together carelessly after intense bartering for decent portions of veggies, meat, etc. I will never go back. In fact, I am resentful for the mere fact that i not only wasted my money purchasing the sub-par sandwich, but i am also wasting my time by having to right this overwhelmingly negative review. Subway, as a franchise, should really crack down on this location. My terrible experiences here have been enough to make me think twice before eating at subway in general.

Yes I come here because I have to eat healthy and Jared does make a great sales pitch. I order off the fit menu, February was the $ 5 foot long deal, the sign said $ 6.50 and I had to convince her that it should be $ 5 and she agreed so I ordered, the sandwich was made and they are very skimpy on the produce so you always have to ask for«extra’ which that amount should be standard, with the skimpy amount of meat the sandwich should have a good amount of veggies included, hey the make the bread cheap! … the service is OK, I’ve been here many times and the staff should have made some sort of connection but it hasn’t happened. anyway… if your concerned about healthy meals stop here, if not perhaps Togo’s’ might be your better option.

Customer service is a bit strange with the workers having poker faces. You will get no smiles or greetings. They remind me of an episode on Seinfield about the Soup Nazi, but in this case they don’t talk at all. It’s complete silence with only their hands moving arranging your cold cuts, veggies, and bread. With all the fiasco about getting less than a foot long got me wondering. Have they really ripped us off all these years? We ordered a foot of roast beef and a foot of Subway club. I busted out the measuring tape no joke and it came out to be a foot plus an inch on each of them. I’m thinking all Subways got the memo from corporate to wise up and give plus an inch to be safe. Also, they ran out of flat bread! How could this happen? I also would like to add how stingy they are with napkins. You will get one napkin per foot. I don’t know about everyone else, but after a foot a single napkin is playing dangerous. Trying to make a single napkin work is absurd! It’s like reusing toilet paper you dig?

I work right in BR1 right next to the Marketplace so I come here quite often. Yes, the workers are super straight faced, almost looking annoyed that you are there. Yes, they may not always offer you to toast your sandwich. Yes, you might get overcharged once in a while. But what were you expecting? Eric’s Deli??? The workers here aren’t the most engaging and friendly, but I have yet to have an order made wrong.
