Great place and experience people, Thank you C Kate H, I had Rotator Cuff shoulder injury so I got Deep Tissue Massage Therapy with her now 90% form my pain is gone and i can move my arm without pain.

I have had many massages in my life, but Michelle Z provides one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She is very fluid with her movements to create relaxation. I have lots of knots in my upper back from working on the computer all day, and she provides a very firm deep tissue massage to work out those knots. She is very knowledgeable of pressure points and various methods of massage to create a great experience. She will tailor the massage based on your needs and pain tolerance. Even though for me, she spends most of the time working on my upper back, she works through my legs, feet, arms, neck and head to provide a full body massage. I would highly recommend Michelle Z!

My boyfriend and I got the worst massage we have ever experienced. I have gotten countless massages over the years and believe me when I say I know what is good and what is bad and what I got here was beyond horrid.
I booked a couple’s massage here, thinking it would be the ultimate treat for my boyfriend and I after a long week of work.
When we entered the room, I already felt awkward. The two masseuses, one male and one female, did not seem too welcoming and definitely did not listen much to our needs as you will see why.
My masseuse was the female one and my boyfriend had the male one. First of all, I was cold all throughout the 90 minutes of the massage. I was uncovered all the way to my butt and was shivering the whole time with goosebumps. My masseuse used minimal oil or lotion and rubbed my skin so hard, I felt burning in my skin, almost like my skin was going to fall off. Her technique was choppy, she would knead a little here and need a little there, very disorganized and disconnected, and not fluid at all. As she lifted my arms and legs to massage them she would literally yank and throw them onto the massage table. At one point she pulled my leg so hard, my hip bone cracked really hard and you bet I cried out in pain and she had the nerve to ask me, ‘oh, are you sore there?’ No lady! You just almost pulled my hip out of place! Also, as she was massaging me, she would slap her hands down on my back and was not gentle at all. She would let my arms and legs hang off the table and only asked once if the pressure was okay. The worst part was, I had a hand and foot injury which I told her about before the massage and I had to remind her several times to not touch the area, yet she still massaged it firmly, hurting me, and just apologized afterwards. Seriously, how many times do I have to tell someone to avoid an injured area during a massage?
As for my boyfriend, he was having alot of back issues. His male masseuse was overly rough with him. Although he helped relieve some soreness in some areas, he created new pain and knots in different areas– per my boyfriend’s report. His movements within the massage lacked fluidity and were also very choppy like my female masseuse.
Overall, I paid almost $ 300 for this couple’s massage and it was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend and I walked out feeling worse than we walked in and felt ripped off majorly. We were not able to relax at all during our massages and it actually brought more stress and pain into our day and weeks ahead.
I had high hopes for this place, but sadly never coming back again.

I woke up with a awful pain on the entire left side of my back. I knew I must have slept wrong so I decided to use my roller. Unfortunately my roller didn’t help :(I made a last minute appointment online with F Janell O. Within the first 30 minutes the awful pain was gone. I couldn’t believe that’s all it took. My massage was an hour long and I a so happy that Janell was able to take me in even after running 10 min late. Thank goodness for massages and no medications for my back pain. I am so happy and feeling better!

In addition to my daily dose of stress and anxiety, I was not able to exercise on a regular basis which leads to pinched nerves in my case. I made an appointment using their online scheduler and received my confirmed appointment.
The day before, I was in more pain and tried to reschedule to an earlier time. Both Joanne the owner and Janell massage therapist were both accommodating and I got an earlier time slot for the 90 minutes I needed.
Janell is wonderful, she listens and worked with me to find the knots and massage them. The pressure is good and adjusted accordingly when I asked. Lighter touch on the sore spots and firm where needed. I gave her 4-​stars only because we just started working together.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage and had a great time. I had Katie B and thought she was exceptional. I would have to say it’s the best massage I have had in the Bay Area, including visits to high-​end spas in San Francisco. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Earlier this week, I called the San Ramon Massage Center and scheduled a 60 minute massage with the receptionist. I have never been to this facility and had reservations about trying a new massage therapist. The receptionist raved about Casey and scheduled me for a massage with her this past Wednesday.
Much to my disappointment, when I arrived for my appointment there was only one therapist there who advised me that Casey was not there. She asked me to call Joann to report this, which I did while waiting in the waiting room. I waited 10 minutes in hopes that Casey would arrive but she did not. To make the situation worse, Joann has not called me back. I was fully anticipating a call of apology, but I have heard from no one. Very unprofessional. My time is valuable and I will never return.

Last week I piled up some pretty tough miles on my mountain bike, then went away for a few days to Big Sur where I hammered out some strenuous hikes at Garrapata and Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Parks.
Those series of activities left my body worked over — in particular, my quads.
After a long walk, a lame attempt at stretching and a day off from physical activity, I decided to get a Friday afternoon massage.

I booked a same-​day appointment using their online booking engine — two hours later, I was face down getting worked over.
Teresa D. was the Certified Massage Therapist who help loosen and relax my beat up body — she did an excellent job.
I was really impressed at how she explained that she wanted to do some stretching moves as well as massage… and it made a huge difference! As she stretched my legs, I could feel the pressure leaving them… whew!
I feel so much better now.
5 stars for Teresa D. and SRMC — now I’m ready to blast out a 3 – 4 hour MTB ride tomorrow! See you next Friday?!

Schedule and appointment with Teresa D. In the San Ramon Location. The establishment has the right setting. After a couple of questions on where was it sore and where I wanted her to focus more, Teresa catered to my request. Very professional, I am defiantly going back to her. I felt a huge load off my back by the time she was done. Very happy with her work.

I waited until my second visit with Katy H to write a review and in a single word she is AMAZING. During my first visit (90 minutes) I went in with very tight and painful calves and she spent the entire session working them so that when I left I finally had relief from a week of pain and agony following a bad physical therapy treatment. That evening and since it has been such a relief. My second session (120 minutes) was a week later and this time she was able to do a full massage. She again worked out all the kinks in my back, shoulders and hips.
I am sure I will be a regular client of Katy H now. While I am sure others may be very good if you are in the Tri-​Valley and need a good massage you will not go wrong with Katy H. She is very professional, friendly, pleasant and highly competent. She listen to your issues and then figures out what is needed to make you right and give you the relief you sought.

So set up a 30 minute appointment with Katy H and I’m so pissed. pissed I didn’t schedule a longer time. I did 30 minutes just in case I didn’t like it but I loved every thing about the massage. Katy was so nice, so pleasant. Made me feel real comfortable. Far as the massage goes, I’m very tense with people touching me and relaxing my body, she really helped in that department and made me feel coo. My problem areas are my lower back and my hamstrings. I let her know exactly what was bothering me and when she got to those spots, I was in heaven. I’m a strong male, I usually have someone big step on my back but the pressure Katy put on me was well enough and I couldn’t be more happier. When I left there, i felt way better than before and movement in my hamstrings increased and less pain. I can’t wait to go back and it most likely will be for 2 hours just to knock out all these tight spots out. Thanks Katy, I feel in love!!!

After several days of some serious neck and shoulder pains, I decided I needed a massage. As other Unilocalers have mentioned in previous reviews, Katy H. is seriously recommended. She is absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to find the knots in my muscles and work them out. I wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending Katy to anyone.

I was impressed with the reviews people wrote about this place, so I made an appointment. The facility was very relaxing and inviting. The massage was the excellent. I would recommend this place.

I booked a very last minute appointment online tonight with Katie B. I woke up with severe neck pain this morning. Katie was amazing and I felt so much better by the end of the appointment. I will definitely be coming back because of the immediate results I felt after my massage with Katie.

Kasey was AMAZING! It was the first time I have ever had a 2hr massage, and I don’t know if I could do anything less from now on. Kasey really has a terrific touch (adjusting to your needs/​wants) and knew exactly where I needed most work. While the office doesn’t have the ambiance of something like a Burke Williams (which in reality, I never have time to enjoy all the amenities anyway), it relaxing, simple and exactly what I need, and not to mention, much more affordable! I can’t wait to go back. Kudos to my husband for finding Kasey and setting me up!

After having one of the worst massages I have ever had at Bodylines the day before and completely wasting almost $ 100 I could not have been happy to find San Ramon Massage Center and finding Kasey who used to work at Bodylines. I had an amazing 60 minute massage that was completely night and day compared to the terrible one I had at Bodylines the night before. It was a very thorough deep tissue massage and I felt 100 times better after I left the center.

This place was awesome! Since moving to the tri-​valley I had been looking for my go to massage therapist. Michelle Z is the one! I booked online which is great! The location isn’t where I was expecting but it was nice and homie once inside. Michelle is very nice and welcoming. She admitted she has cold hands at first and she wasn’t kidding. The warning was nice and warmed up very quickly. I told her I always carry my stress in my shoulder, and lower back. I also told her I was there to relax and de-​stress. She had the perfect combination. It was relaxing but also very firm to remove those knots. Thank you Michelle! I look forward to many more relaxing and stress relief massages in the future. Excellent!!! I also love their extended hours!

This is a follow up to my previous 2 reviews. After a few conversations with Joanne, I went in for a deep tissue massage after all and had Kasey give me one of the best massages I have ever had.
Kasey was understanding of my slight tardiness due to traffic on my way there and got to work right away. She scoped out my back and asked me where I had the most issues and went to town! It was AWESOME! She was super friendly, very experienced and made me have an excellent experience. I definitely would come back again.
Overall, the Center is quite relaxing, easy to find and comfortable. I was very happy with my massage and the level of expertise. Although my initial experience wasn’t the best, I am glad I gave it a second shot because it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend for people to come in and get a massage. And I definitely feel like people will get what they pay for (they are quite reasonably priced). Kasey was also not pushy about me coming back like other places, and recommended I listen to my body, which I respected. It felt like she cared for my overall well being and not getting a sale. Made me like her a lot more :)
I had said in my previous review that if you could get through the door, you would have a lovely experience and that was proven to me.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I recommend to others? Yes.

I just came back from having a massage by Teresa D. To start off, this business is in a bit of an odd location of San Ramon, but is relaxing and well picked in hindsight.
Teresa was a great professional and wants to know the core of the issues you have been having. Mine specifically have been due to work stress and I was looking for a medium to deep tissue massage and she delivered.
She is a very personable masseuse and aims to address your specific physical woes and concentrated on my back that held the most stress. Also, she is a good conversationalist if you haven’t passed out during the massage.
It also relieved me that she already had good reviews and was certified according to her business card and is not a shame in anyway shape or form.
Definitely come here and ask for Teresa D for Deep Tissue and she also stated that Hot Stone Therapy is also an expertise of hers as well.

Teresa seriously knows her stuff. I’m a pretty athletic guy and always have trouble getting the right amount of pressure, but Teresa was spot on.
After running an ultra marathon on Saturday I was in desperate need of help on Sunday. Needless to say my legs were extremely sore and tight, but Teresa was in perfect harmony with my muscles.
Now a sports massage can’t just feel great, it also has to be effective. It is two days after my race, the time that I am normally at my sorest point, but that isn’t the case this time. Teresa definitely got the job done.
I’d like to point out that Teresa is a CMT and LMT which I think are important things to know. Also, she may be petite, but don’t be fooled, she has plenty of pressure at her disposal she is talented enough to apply exactly where she intends to. (I’ve had a few massages where the technique was traded for added pressure)
