A specialized loan for homeowners 62 and over who have sufficient equity in their property and would like to withdraw some of that equity in the form of a line of credit, monthly payments or lump sum payment. There are no monthly mortgage payments required on the reverse mortgage. Homeowner retains title to the property and can live in place as long as they like provided they continue to pay their property taxes, homeowner insurance and maintain their home.

I have over 24 years of experience originating and processing mortgage loans. Security One Lending launched its operation in 2006. The headquarters is based in California and my branch is located in Concord, CA. Security One is licensed in 40 States.
