Business Owner

Dr. Mark Nadler is a native of San Francisco. He majored in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. Before Dr. Nadler’s application to Dental School he spent four years in the US Navy as a Dental Technician. The four years of dental training while assisting in oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), general dentistry and a stint as the base dental hygienist gave Dr. Nadler a great foundation for the completion of his dental education at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Nadler graduated with the distinction of being invited into the National Dental Honor Society (Omicron Kappa Upsilon– top 10% of the class).

Dr. Nadler has enjoyed the broad base of services he can provide through being a general dentist. It has spurred him to complete a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. The Mastership is proceeded by the Fellowship level and combined requires in excess of 1100 hours on post-​doctoral continuing education; half of which is in hands-​on courses.

I was completely satisfied with the work Dr. Nadler did and with his explaining it can take up to 6 months for a crowned tooth to settle down and be completely pain free, so no need for a root canal. I had a new crown done at my previous dentists. The tooth then gave me pain. The crown had a hole and sharp edges so later it could anchor a partial denture if I got one. The odd shape appeared to contribute to the pain when I ate. I decided not to get a partial and asked my previous dentist to fill the hole, but he refused. He said I needed a root canal. (This tooth was pain free when I had the temporary crown on it.) After a couple of weeks the pain eased up a bit, but the odd shape was still a problem. I looked for another dentist and found Dr. Nadler. He filled the hole and made the crown normal tooth shape. He said it can take up to six months for a tooth to settle completely after getting a crown. So, no root canal for me, and today I was able to eat a sandwich on that tooth. Thank you Dr. Nadler.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Dr. Nadler and his staff are top notch. The office staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a warm smile and they ask me if I have any questions or concerns. The staff handles all the billing and insurance stuff with ease. The dental team a very professional and courteous, and they really know their stuff. Best teeth cleaning every time. Dr. Nadler and his team use all the newest equipment and his office is spotless. Dr. Nadler’s «chair-​side manner» is tremendous. He puts his patients at ease, and always explains things in plain english. And, a comforting thing is that Dr. Nadler does not try to push procedures on me that I don’t need. Would give 10 stars if I could. ..

Upon relocating to the East bay and in need of a dentist, my cousin recommended Dr. Nadler and I am so lucky she did. I was impressed with the technological equipment and Dr Nadler’s knowledge and professionalism. He’s definitely on top of things. He fully explains solutions and alternatives to your specific condition and he’s very open to questions, and oh BTW did I mention his office staff is the best ever? When entering the office it’s so nice to be greeted by Amanda’s smiling face and her warm welcome. The entire office staff is friendly, caring and they make sure you are well taken care of. I’m 70 yrs young and this by far is the best dental office I’ve ever been to.

One of the best… no…actually THE best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Knowledgeable, friendly, smart, funny, doesn’t recommend work unless it’s really needed, and remembers my kids names long after they have flown the coop. Staff is super friendly and helpful and their dentist chairs give you a message while you’re getting your teeth worked on. How cool is that! I highly recommend Dr Nadler.

Dr. Nadler is amazing. I have been going to him for the last 2 years after a friend referred me. My prior dentist had told me I was going to need a crown so I went to Dr. Nadler for a 2nd opinion. He was able to save my tooth and just do a filling. I go regularly for cleanings and everything is top notch. Just recently my mom’s dentist told her she needed to have a tooth extracted and get an implant. I told her to please go see Dr. Nadler for a 2nd opinion. She did and she is thrilled to have found Dr. Nadler. He saved her over $ 4800 and a tooth extraction. Now my parents drive over an hour for teeth cleaning there. He and his staff are that good. We are so lucky to have found them.

Dr. Mark Nadler, is indeed quite passionate about his work. I had an extremely positive experience last week with doctor Nadler and his staff. He is truly skilled, compassionate, smart, and most patient… the best «find» for one with dental phobia. He walked me through each step as he proceeded to handle my tooth decay. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, kindness and support. Great team of staff in addition. Oh, soothing environment as well… all state of the art.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nadler’s for about 25 years. He and his staff are wonderful.
Most recently I had a bad toothache from a broken tooth while visiting friends in Portland, OR. I cut my trip short to fly back to be healed by Dr. Nadler. My friends asked me why I wouldn’t see their dentist; I told them I had the best dentist in the world and wouldn’t see anybody else.
The next day Dr. Nadler squeezed me into his schedule. He did a root canal and a crown that amazingly were painless, even after the anesthetic wore off.
I am very grateful to him.

Dr. Nadler was wonderful in the excellent dental work he did for me in Danville… but we also got to see what wonders he could do on dental patients in the heat and humidity of Uganda, with just a generator for power and a flashlight and a mobile dental lab. An awesome man! And what a kind staff !

I never thought I would say this but thanks to Dr. Nadler, I had a fun time at the dentist. He fixed my broken tooth with a permanent crown so only one visit and no pain. What a joy. I can’t wait to go back and get the other teeth fixed. Whay a joy tonfind someone who is so talented but also enjoyable to talk to and with such a great heart. I highly recommend him. Plus the office staff and fantastic, so nice and also a lot of fun.

Like Roberta, I too moved almost an hour away and still return to see Dr. Nadler. My family and I have been going to him for, geez, I dunno, 15 years or more?! He is awesome. Super nice. Gentle. Knowledgeable. Keeps up to date with dentistry technology. And his hygienists are good. Especially Carrie (sp?). She is the BEST. DENTAL HYGIENIST. EVER.
