If I could give it 0 stars I would. I waited 39MINUTESFOR A DRINK. There were 4 workers that were as slow as slugs! It was horrible. When I demanded a refund they said«your drink is right there» and I waited another 15 minutes. DONTGOUNLESSYOUHAVEANHOUR

This location is so hectic and crazy. Staff Constantly yelling and screaming at one another about orders. The staff was so unprofessional and unnecessarily loud! Would not go again.

My visit today was different. I came in around 7am before work and the place was empty. I finished placing my order, and a few minutes later, 2 other people walked in. I waited awhile for my drink & it still wasn’t ready. I heard them call out an order, and it was not mines. Then a few seconds later, they called another order, and it still wasn’t mines. The orders that was called out was for the customers that came in after me. So I stood up a minute later, and they were just finishing my order. I don’t like to play the race card, but it seems like they catered to the Caucasian people first than me(Asian). I can’t help to think that way because my order was no different from there’s, but still I was helped last. I wanted to write a review to address the situation because I honestly felt offended during my visit. Professionalism & customer service was not up to par for me today.

Came on a random Tuesday afternoon and the service was extremely slow. Only one girl taking our order and make our drinks, yet I saw two other employees walking around in the back. Help your girl out! Teamwork!

I don’t go to Jamba Juice often and generally if I do, it’s because I have some kind of promotion to claim. As this Jamba Juice is now the closest to work, I really wish there was another alternative. This particular Jamba Juice is located off of Crow Canyon, east of 680 in the same plaza as Spice Kit, Panda Express, Habit Grill, etc. The parking can be horrific closer to the entrance, but if you’re willing to put in some steps, there’s enough parking further away. It’s a corner spot, with a fairly large footprint compared to some other Jamba Juices. There are seats inside as well as outside. The day I went was to claim a free small juice or smoothie. I was in line just 1 deep as the cashier was handling another person. It probably took 5 – 10 minutes until they resolved the problem they were having and I have no idea how much longer before I arrived. I noticed there were a few folks hanging around the pick up area and that should’ve been a warning sign. After putting in my order, I would say it took another 15 – 20 minutes before they got my drink ready. A couple folks kept asking for their drink as they were waiting for a while before me. From what I observed was there was a larger drink order which was placed to go that was prioritized higher than folks waiting which slowed down the process. There really should be some visual transparency to folks waiting in line so that they don’t have to disrupt workers asking when their drink is next. How hard is it to have a screen showing what drink is ready next? Maybe it’s just me, but I’d rather know. I again won’t be back unless needing to claim a promotion and I’m at work. Just be wary of when you go. I went around 2:30pm on a Thursday… so be warned of the wait.

Currently waiting for my Jamba Juice. It has been 20 minutes since I ordered. A sunny Friday afternoon with no less than 30 people in here waiting for their beverages and only 3 staff members working. Grossly understaffed. Will not be back to this location~

There was a good amount of people here, maybe 5 – 6(3 groups) and they appeared to have ordered as there was no line. We went to order and the gal told us everyone before us was/has waited 30 min for their drinks and asked if we were willing to wait. I thought it was a joke, I asked her if she was serious. 30MINFOR A SMOOTHIE? Wow that’s ridiculous! They didn’t even look busy, she wasn’t doing anything before we came to order, maybe she should help make drinks.

I used to drink Jamba Juice all the time when I was in high school. I decided to give it another shot as a pre workout nutrient. The staff at this location was consistently friendly during all three of my recent visits. I was greeted and met by a pleasant associate at the cash register. My drink came out perfect every time and tasted great. This location is a perfect example of a well trained staff.

Service is terrible. One would think if you’re going to offer breakfast wraps in the morning, perhaps you should have some thawed. I was given my wrap with half of it still very cold. Their solution? Pop it back in the oven and give me a burnt wrap. Cheers to you, Jamba, for losing yet another customer.

I was told I could get a free boost for signing in for free. Quick, even when I changed my boost and was told it would take a little longer for the red veggie blend. Even then it was very considerate to go out and tell me. Very cool and would go back daily!

Great service! I wish they would offer organic soy milk. Non-organic is genetically modified, which my family avoids. Otherwise, love this location, friendly and prompt service.

I just went into Jamba Juice and the experience was great. I was helped Nitin and Paulo on Tuesday. They were both great. My smoothie was delicious and consistent. They were also both very funny and honestly are the reason why I want to come back to this location. Delicious, helpful, and handsome. I love this jamba for these employees and the liquid I got from them!

I always call before and they have my order ready. Love this place, sometimes the new employees are a little slow but always friendly so I’ll let it slide

Very dissatisfied. They had a good group of workers at this location, but all the faces changed. These Jamba juices taste horrible. They were pretty good before now they’re just terrible.

My Kale-ribbean Breeze smoothie was unacceptable and terribly made today(4÷14÷15, ~ 2 pm) — lumpy chunks of kale, small marbles of fruit that tasted horrible. I’ve had better ones made last year at the same location. I think the Greek yogurt and mango were omitted as well as the smoothie did not have smooth or creamy texture or slightly sweet taste. The gal who made this smoothie also blended the drink for too short a time to render smoothie that’s watery with lumpy green chunks. The manager needs to retrain this employee(only one there) and supervise that the recipe is followed correctly. Very disappointed in quality of my smoothie! Made me wary of trying another smoothie in near future… Maybe I should try the drink before leaving next time so I can have it remade.

Love the carrot mango! I like the variety they offer and the fact that they now have kale incorporated into their green juices.

Should not have to wait 15m on a Sunday afternoon when 5 — that’s right — 5 employees are working but only 1 is making drinks! Not the first time I had slow service here even by Jamba standards. Clearly Jamba(or franchise) doesn’t care about the customer experience after they collect $ 5+ per drink. I will be generous with 2* as the staff was kind enough to supersize everyone’s drinks due to the wait.

I’ve been to many Jamba juices and many restaurants and stores never before had I had a greeting like«ok, what do you want?» as a greeting at the register. They need to train the staffs here with a little more customer friendly manner especially when their product are already so expensive. The combination of expensive product and bad customer manner doesn’t say successful business.

Usually have good experiences at this location but had horrible service today. They made me wait an extremely long time, everyone behind me in line had been long gone with their drinks. Then when I reminded them they noticed my drink had been sitting in the blender forgotten. On top of that, when I got to my car I realized they got my order wrong, despite my receipt clearly stating it. Very upset with the service today!

My AWESOME Dentist over in Dublin gave me a $ 10.00 gift certificate during a recent visit for JAMBAJUICE! So, I took my honey on over for some smoothies. The ladies working yesterday were lovely. They were pleasant, hard-working and fast to serve us! Our smoothies were delicious, and fresh! May I suggest getting a wheat grass shot on the side of your smoothie… your body will thank you for the vitamin boost.

Stopped by for a drink on this hot day & saw my friend Alex working behind the counter! I got a chocolate mood which was super creamy & delish! I wanted to try out the peanut butter mood first but then the cashier said that they ran out :(But the chocolate mood was great and I highly suggest it! The workers make it in a jiffy too :)

Come here in the mornings once in a while to get there fresh banana oatmeal. Now I have a major allergen issue dealing with dairy, but this location always puts it in with the order, so that the employee is extra careful to avoid the brown sugar. Makes me feel so comfortable, one of the few Jamba Juices to actually do this almost every time. Sometimes this location takes a little longer to get your food, since it’s pretty busy.

What better way to soothe the savage beasts(cranky 6 and 8 year old girls) than a quick road trip to Jamba Juice first thing in the morning? We couldn’t think of anything either, so here we found ourselves on a bright sunshiny morning just trying to keep the peace in the car and keep anyone from dissolving into tears before we arrived at our destination. And let me tell you it was a close one, but somehow we made it there all in one piece and still speaking to each other. When you walk into a Jamba Juice store the first think you are struck by is all the bright colors of the décor: perky raspberry, orange, lime, plum, yellow and a turquoise blue. Who wouldn’t feel cheery surrounded by all the colors of the sherbet rainbow? We headed up to the counter and the girls immediately called out their orders with an air of confidence. It took me a little longer to decide. I don’t have a smoothie that counts as my ‘regular’ order, but I finally settled on a Pomegranate Paradise all fruit smoothie. It was fabulous! My mom is a big fan of the Berry UpBEET smoothie which includes a Red Vegetable Juice made with Carrots, Beets, Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, and Lettuce. The girls got Cinnamon Swirls, kid sized cinnamon buns, and my brother got one of their wraps. Did you know that Jamba Juice now carries frozen yogurt? And they carry a large variety of snacks all under $ 2 including popchips, pirate booty, clif kid z bars, trail mix, fruit ropes, protein bars, dried apple chips. You name it, it seems like they’ve got it! All I can say is that peace reigned supreme on the ride home and we have Jamba Juice to thank for it! 6÷26÷13 update — The Orange Carrot Karma is pretty tasty, too! It’s on the Fruit & Veggie Smoothie Menu!
