Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch

I had slight back ache and discomfort in neck. A friend of mine suggested to see a Chiropractor (I have never visited Chiropractor before). I saw good Unilocal reviews for Dr. Vandana Singh and thought of giving it a try.
She was great in calmly listening to issues, explaining what to expect, what kind of problems chiropractor can address, did quick check-​up and recommended next steps. In the first visit itself, I felt great after session with heating pads & realignment done by Dr Singh. I have had few realignment sessions and every visit made me feel much better.
Her staff is great in managing appointments and payment process. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I was easily able to get new slot when something urgent came up forcing me to shift earlier scheduled appointment.

If you are looking for a great chiropractic office, this is it! Great service, caring staff who are totally dedicated in healing! I have terrible lower back pain problems which prevented me from walking correctly. It was so painful that I could even tolerate a light touch without screaming. After my first visit, my inflammation started going away and within a few visits, I could walk with more ease.

I’ve been going to see these wonderful doctors for over 3 years and they are awesome! I consider both Dr. Singh and Dr. Robyn like family. They are professional, warm, caring as well as fun. They took care of our whole family and I love that they know who is doing what and genuinely care about us. The front office staff is great, Brittany has super nice and always accommodating and I’m a notorious last minute caller. I specially appreciate that they have Saturday morning hours!
These doctors take the time to get to know you, learn how your body reacts to the adjustments and make sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. They have a no-​pressure approach to care which is different from other Chiro offices i been to over the years. Not here, they listen to you and respect that you know your body. They will recommend and encourage but they always leave it up to you… they are true partners in care.
I am so sad that I have to find a new Chiro due to our move but I will for sure visit them when in the area! Thank you team for such an awesome experience with our care! Will miss you lots!

Best Chiropractor Ever! I pinch a nerve in my neck frequently as I work long hours as a hairdresser. Robyn gets me back in alignment and pain is gone immediately! Highly recommend this office

I had a great experience in this office staff are professional caring. Dr Singh was so nice and very professional explain every step and things i need to know. Not only they will get you out of pain but also you will be educated thank you so much for the nice experience.

I have only been to two other chiropractors. Dr. Robyn Chimenti was only the third chiropractor I’ve been to and the experience was great. After 4 separate accidents, my neck and back are just a mess.
The wait is never more than about 5 minutes or so before you are seen. Reception is always professional, pleasant and friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. The office is a very family/​friendly oriented place. Her office and staff are great even the times when my kids just tagged along and didn’t have an appointment.
Dr. Chimenti’s exam is thorough and she uses heat or ice with stem for 15 minutes which is wonderful to take a catnap! Her adjustments are natural and nothing hurts after. You feel immediate relief. I’ve been so happy with the results that I sent my husband in and he has never been to a chiropractor before and was somewhat of a skeptic. He now is also a patient of Dr. Chimenti’s.
I brought both my children into see Dr. Chimenti in recently for adjustments. Both my kids play sports and when they have aches and pains from playing, Dr. Chimenti takes care of them right away. There is no pain and nothing scary involved for them and they feel better right away.
I highly recommend Dr. Chimenti for the whole family.

Dr. Vandana Singh is a talented professional! I have been to many chiropractors over the last 30 years and Dr Singh is one of the best. Gets right to the problem. You don’t need to keep coming back week after week like some chiropractors.

Dr. Vandana Singh has been my life-​saver and favorite chiropractor. She is up-​to-​date on her techniques, takes her time in explaining and finding pressure points, and truly cares about my aches and pains. My visits start with a hot pack and stem-​machine to help loosen my muscles before she works on me. Dr. V always make sure to treat her patients with respect and care. I recommend her to anyone seeking relief! She is simply the best.

I’ve been to Dr. Chimenti twice now. My OB recommended her since I was having severe round ligament pain during my third trimester of pregnancy. My first visit with the Dr. Chimenti was good. My second visit wasn’t as good. One of my concerns was my hip/​buttocks area– which Dr. Chimenti didn’t even address. I felt like she was on auto mode. The staff at the front desk (there is only two of them) is extremely rude. I believe her name is Alexa (?). I had to bring my 2 ½ year old daughter with me– who was extremely well behaved btw. Let’s just say the office is extremely NON-​child friendly (despite their children’s play room– that’s the only place the front desk will be nice to you if you stick your kid in the playroom while there.) My second visit I had an even colder reception from the staff. This time my 2 ½ year old daughter and my 8 week old baby– who didn’t make a peep the entire time. Also, I brought my mom along who was visiting from out of town (so bringing them business). You would think that they could at least fake it while I was there. The unspoken tension and glares from behind the front desk is enough for me to find another place to visit. Also, there is a sign posted at the front desk that says something about cell phone usage while waiting– which i respected. But all i could hear was the lady at the front desk sending and receiving text messages. haha! strike out.

Very professional and very knowledgable! Have been here many times with aching muscles and the Dr Chimenti has always done a great job. Highly recommend!

This chiropractic office is amazing, I have been going to Dr. Singh for years now. She knows what she is doing. I did have to see Dr. Chimenti once because Dr. Singh was out of the office and she was fantastic as well. They take their time and really work the areas that need to be worked. I feel they are very honest people, they would never recommend costly treatment if you didn’t need it like I have experienced from other offices in the past. I don’t live local to San Ramon anymore, but I still make the sometimes hour drive to their office just to see Dr. Singh.

Dr. Chimenti is amazing! I have been to so many chiropractors over the years. Robyn is the only one that I have been to who never tries to tie me into ongoing commitments. I go when I’m hurting, she fixes me, and then I leave smiling. I have never left her office hurting. She will work on you until she gets it right.

My husband and I have been going to Bishop Ranch Chiropractic for a least 10 years. We love the doctors and the staff. My husband had sever problems, and through consistant appointments, he is great without back pain. We have had our children see the doctors, as well as our parents. They are truly an honest, reasonably priced and a compasionate group of professionals, which we could not live without!

Dr Singh is the best! She helped realign my contorted spine and made my ‘working out’ movements much better. It’s no fun playing sports with a tight lower back. After every session, I feel more flexible and relaxed. I only subtracted a star only because she needs to clean that aquarium. But I’m sure she’ll mention my Unilocal review the next time we meet and complain about it, that’s how down to earth she is.

Dr. Robyn Chimenti is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. Due to extreme stress, my back, shoulder, and neck began spasming. The pain was so intense that I could not even sleep. I was experiencing lactic acid production in my body as a result, so had constant heartburn, burps, and farts (TMI?). Additionally, the problems caused breathing difficulties; it was almost impossible to breath on some days. After a mere four visits, I am cured!!! I had never been to a chiropractor before, only criticized them harshly. I’ll never do that again. Robyn is kind, informed, considerate, and careful. I could not recommend a better back doctor.

A good friend of mine and I were talking about chiropractors the other day and he said something that really rang true — it’s too bad the profession is riddled with kooks and charlatans who claim they can cure pretty much anything by doing spinal adjustments, because the good and honest ones can really help you feel better.
Dr. Chimenti is one of the good and honest ones. I hurt my back in May and nothing, and I mean nothing, was helping me. I decided to see what a chiropractor could do for me on the recommendation of a coworker and happened upon the Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch after looking at what my benefits would cover. All I can say is wow. Dr. Chimenti got me mostly back to normal in time for me to leave on vacation. Without her, I’d have been miserable and the trip would have been ruined.

Dr Singh has helped me and at least 5 of my friends live pain free and maintain healthy backs, I highly reccomend her! She works with your bone structure & muscles as well.

After a Snowboarding accident (not to mention 2 rear end accidents in my past) I really needed to be seen by a chiropractor. I searched my company’s Benefit’s site and found another one (not the one I’m reviewing) and realized after 3 visits and not 1 adjustment occuring, that they were using me to bring in more clients («bring in a spouse or significant other to our educational review») What is that about?
I took my X-​rays and ran to Chiropractic Center at Bishop Ranch, another business that was covered by my insurance.
Connie works the front desk and always greets me with a smile and some small talk. I know there are 3 great practitoners there but I have stuck with Dr. Robyn Chimenti for about 3 years now. She was thorough in her examination of me and could tell I was in a lot of discomfort from the snowboard accident that was going on 1 month now without any adjustments. I remember my first visit and her first adjustment distinctly because not only was it a loud crunchy sounds (it’s just nitrogen being released, no bones crackin), but I felt instant relief from there on out.
She uses heat and stem– vibrations to loosen the muscles in the area that’s about to be adjusted. This makes the most sense because usually muscles are so tense in those areas that a good adjustment can’t always be made with muscles foghting back. You get to relax on the stem and heat alone in one of the rooms for about 15 minutes (plenty of recent magazines to choose from) and can take a little cat nap if this is during your lunch break. She then adjusts you and it always feels natural, not forced.
I appreciate this office for the flexibility of working with my insurance and making sure I’m within the # of visits etc. I’ve never been happier and have recommended this to 3 other, happy customers.
Also this office houses massage therapists, accupuncturists, and other specialty treatments.
