Established in 1969.
The first Yet Wah Resturant opened in 1969 in San Francisco. Yet Wah Resturant is named after the founder’s wife. The word «Yet» refers to the moon, and «Wah» refers to brightness. So «Yet Wah» means the moon’s brightness.
