After a traffic delay, I arrived late and too close to another appointment time for a facial. Carina asked me to come back @1 hr later and gave me great service. And remember Grouponers, just cause you got a great deal, don’t forget to give a fair tip!

I had a lovely experience & will be booking facials in the future!
I tend to have to arch my neck a little during facials & it was wonderful not to have to ask for a bolster, she got one for me first thing!
My face is refreshed, feels wonderful, & the stress that I usually hold in my tense jaw tone is gone.
So very pleased to have found such a great place. :)

I’ve had a facial from both Carina and Carmella and they were both excellent. In the past, I haven’t really enjoyed facials but did them cuz they’re good for me. But not at the Pamper Studio. So relaxing and enjoyable, both times. Really high grade and good smelling products applied with care and skill. I think I nearly fell asleep today under Carina’s hands.
Very professional yet friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend them, even if you don’t have problem skin.

I had the most fantastic facial today. Carmella has moved to Lincoln Avenue in San Rafael and the «new» studio is calming and relaxing. But my facial was amazing! I walked out and ran into an old friend who said «Your skin looks so good!» I have been to several salons in Marin and this is the best facial I’ve ever had. Carmella is certainly great at her craft! She is incredibly attentive and ensures you’re always as comfortable as possible. She uses all natural products, which I now use. She is also very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Zommmggg I had such a great facial/​massage from Carmella yesterday. She was super professional and really gentle. We got to talking and I told her I’d recently broken my ankle so she worked on it for a few minutes to help relieve the stiffness due to scar tissue. It was totally unnecessary and so so nice of her. The actual facial was great, too. I liked the products she uses and her overall demeanor was great. I recommend Carmella without reservation.

My sister got a pre-​wedding facial last week so I got to meet Carmella and see how much my sister enjoyed her facial. I received my first service (eyelash extensions) from Carmela yesterday. I called last minute for an appointment and although she was swamped– she went out of her way to accommodate me for my vacation beauty request. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel like I’d known her my entire life. She omits great energy and is definitely skilled at what she does. I relaxed, we gabbed, and I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment. My lashes were natural looking and feeling, and enhanced my face perfectly without giving me that «Daisy Duck» effect. I will be back!

Want nice lashes? Carolyn is definitely your expert. She is very organized and as clean and meticulous as a surgeon. She is knowledgeable of the varieties of lash lengths and thicknesses as well as the aftercare. She also gave me some good suggestions – while at the same time being attentive to my questions or concerns. I’ve gotten lots of complements. Highly recommended!
