St Vincent de Paul Society’s dining room, affectionately dubbed «vinnies» is a free dining room that also doubles as a community center for all people. The dining room is open 365 days per year (6:30−1PM) and concentrates many community efforts into one place where people help people. To be on the receiving or on the giving side of help is equally rewarding; it is by participating in the cycle of help that our community grows… and the sense of community here is THICK. At the very least the soup is always fabulous as well as the company. A personal Marin County highlight.
