Marshall & Co Property Management

I have been working with Marshall and Co. Since 2001, they helped my husband and I buy our first home, they were very attentive, and helped us find our dream home. Marshall and Linda Jainchill both helped us ever step of the way! Anytime I had a question or concern they responded right away.
Years later, they helped us rent that same house, and found us great tenants.
Years later we sold that house, and once again used Marshall and Co. Again they where there every step of the way, and once again the experience excellent.
I would also, like to add a note about the office staff. They are ALL very nice professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
This is a well rounded Real Estate company. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, they have agents for that. If your looking for help renting your home or commercial property, they have agents for that. If you are looking for a property manager they have Property Managers for that. My husband and I will continue to use MCO for any and all of our Real-​estate matter.

I have been living in a Marshall & Co managed property for over eight years and have always had good experiences. Whenever I have had maintenance issues, Sendi the maintenance director has always been responsive and very helpful. I would recommend living at any property they manage.
