Had a great experience here. In the midst of Giants madness, my friend and I were looking for a place to watch the Packer game, which aired at the same time as baseball. Bartender Jason couldn’t have been nicer. He gave us one of the TVs and the corner of the bar. Granted, we stayed for many, many hours, but he went out of his way to be nice. The owner even donned his cheesehead and brought out free appetizers all evening. I’ll definitely be back.

This was a dismal experience over all. We popped in after having some food and beer at the brewery across the street because my boyfriend had never had a martini! It was around 4:30 — 5:30 when we arrived. The bar is in the back and there was a kid, I mean an actual CHILD maybe 4 sitting at the bar. The TV was on playing a game. We had a seat and asked the young lady behind the bar in a Giants shirt for two dirty Martinis. They were poured in the small martini glasses and since were out of olive juice she had to tilt this gigantic bin of olives over to get the last drops out of the bottom… yum. It was a decent martini despite the limited olive juice. My partner didn’t like the brininess of the martini so she added a tiny bit of vermouth. I had to use the restroom and was horrified to find the most disgusting bathroom EVER. It literally smelled like 47 men had pissed on every square inch of that horrifying room. The toilet brush was lying on the floor yet the toilet was filthy, SONASTY. I went back to the bar to pay and GTFO of there! Bartender looks at us say«hmmm umm $ 10 each» and snatches my card away before I can swallow the fact I’m about to pay $ 20 for some small ass martinis during what is typically a happy hour time. Of course you gotta leave a tip, which was hard to justify after this dismal experience. We left feeling like we got ripped off. Needless to say, won’t be back unless I have the sudden urge to pee on a wall of the bathroom like everyone else.

A classless and seedy place with a terrible owner. Avoid at all costs or you’ll regret it.

This place blows for breakfast. Ordered a House Omelet. Should have been easy, quick, after all it is the«house» omelet. No. Took over ½ hour. Went through a cup of coffee in the interim. No one stopped by to see if I wanted more. When I finished, I had to walk around the nearly empty restaurant to find someone to request my bill, which then took them another nearly five minutes to produce. I heard the other customer ask for more coffee while I was waiting for my $ 13 bill(an omelet and coffee; really?). I am sooo looking forward to Lundy’s opening back up.

Rough day? Dying of thirst? Pop in here and Raven will fix you right up. It’s a little cramped in here, but decent beer selection, enjoyable cocktails, and a rockin’ happy hour.

I brought my Happy Hour group to Marin 8 on a Friday Night! 32 people… they didn’t bat an eye! Service was excellent and the Happy Hour there is brilliant! They not only have specials on drinks, but there $ 1.00 taco and $ 2.00 Burger special run just about all night! Go in and see Raven… the girl rocks. For you sports fans…2 flat screens at the bar!
