As Marin’s largest indoor baseball and softball facility, Linedrive is dedicated to providing the best and most comprehensive baseball and softball training while serving as a positive recreational destination appealing to players of all levels and their families. We provide private lessons in hitting, pitching, and fielding, skill development clinics, personal training in speed, strength, conditioning, throwing velocity and bat speed, and many other services to help improve your game. Players will be encouraged and challenged to improve all aspects of their game including skill and technique, physical conditioning, situational strategy, team dynamics, mental strength, and sports psychology via a wide spectrum of instructional and fun activities. Linedrive is ready to take your game to the next level, ranging from the developing athlete to the elite player. Above all else, Linedrive is dedicated to teaching good sportsmanship and providing a positive experience to promote a life-long love of the game.
History
Established in 2014.
Linedrive, Marin’s largest indoor baseball and softball training facility, was opened with the goal of becoming Marin’s one-stop shop for baseball and softball training from Little League through high-school and beyond. We provide technical skills coaching, physical training, high-school and college guidance, and more! Above all, we strive to support the development of outstanding young athletes and foster a love of baseball and softball.

Business Owner
Jay Bayler, originally from Chicago, IL, now raising his family in Greenbrae, founded Linedrive with a fellow coach when he decided Marin needed a high-quality, indoor baseball and softball training facility and dedicated himself to opening Linedrive. After a decade of coaching at the college level and 12 years scouting for the Texas Rangers, Jay knows baseball and is known as one of the best coaches around. Jay is currently the head instructor at Linedrive.
