Business Owner

Rodrigo Dias has been representing clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in family law matters since 2007. Rodrigo is a member of the Marin County Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the Richard M. Sangster Inns of Court, and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALiF). Prior to opening his own law firm, Rodrigo was a partner at Ragghianti Freitas LLP, where he represented clients in family law as well as general civil litigation matters.

Rodrigo earned his law degree at the University of San Francisco. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University. Rodrigo obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley in 1998 where he majored in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy. Rodrigo also served four years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves during and after college.
