Recently I tried to lease a building from H&L Commercial Real Estate. After spending a lot of time with the listing agent Vic Brown he decided that it was in the best interest for him to lease the property to another person because his commission would be bigger. This agent is only looking for how much money he can make not what is good for either clients. It seems that all this company hires is used car sales men not good real estate agents.
Don’t do business with this company, you will probably get screwed
