Dish Culture is a social dining club that brings together adventurous diners who are looking for something different from the conventional restaurant experience. Our soirees bring together a group of interesting friends or strangers around a common table to share cuisine prepared by Chef Sacha Kupelian. Our food is a fusion of Italian, French, Pan-Asian, Middle Eastern and California Cuisine focusing on using locally grown and traditionally farmed meats, vegetables and artisan dairy products and more. We offer top quality food and service with none of the pretentiousness found within most fine dining establishments. An evening with us will seem more like a dinner party than a restaurant. So, you fans of innovative cuisine who are looking to step out of your traditional culinary comfort zone for an evening, come join the Dish Culture Supper Club. It’s a little bit exclusive, a little bit supper club and a whole lot of creativity.
How it works: Reservations must be made ahead of time, on a first come first serve basis and space is limited. People arrive as singles, couples or groups. We serve hors d’oeuvres to everyone upon arrival, giving you a chance to mingle with like minded people who love and appreciate tasty food. Everyone will sit down at a communal table for a 4 course dinner. Reservations are first come, first served and are handled by Paypal. If you need to cancel, please let us know 72 hours before the dinner date for a full refund.

Chef Sacha Kupelian is a dynamic, energetic, upbeat and highly creative chef who loves to bring his passion for good food and wine to everyone. He is a Personal Chef serving the San Francisco Bay Area cooking for families and dinner parties. Being a Bay Area native he’s eaten at a wide range of eateries. Upscale restaurants with white glove waiters and an excessive number of salad forks to your local neighborhood haunts. Sacha’s goal is to use the freshest products available, and to focus on the flavors and nutritional values of his ingredients. Sacha leads a healthy lifestyle through Tae Kwon Do and nutritious cuisine. He believes in preparing fresh, tasty, nutritious meals without sacrificing flavor. His emphasis is to provide delicious cuisine with a wide range of styles that include French, Italian, Pan Asian, and Middle Eastern. Chef Sacha’s greatest strength is preparing healthy food in a California Cuisine fashion, and to make healthy food fun. He believes that meals need to be
