I have a complete and comprehensive understanding of real estate lending from first time home buyer financing options to complex commercial transactions.

As a Bay Area mortgage professional I have developed a particular expertise in securing financing for self-​employed and entrepreneurial borrowers through a deep understanding of complex tax returns enabling me to present these borrowers to lenders for approval.

History

Established in 1997.

My partner and I founded ProMortgage nearly 20 years ago as a full-​service Mortgage Brokerage serving borrowers throughout California. We take a consultative approach to lending and have built our business on the philosophy that educating borrowers on the best available financing solutions for their unique needs is the winning approach.

Mortgage lending has become increasingly complex in this age of heightened regulation and we pride ourselves on helping our customers navigate these complexities to achieve the best possible result.

My passion is to educate my customers on available financing options empowering them to make the best possible choices, and secure the best possible terms, to achieve their financial goals be that home ownership, refinance or real estate investment.

I’ve lived and worked in Marin County for more than 20 years and have helped hundreds of happy clients secure the financing they need to acquire real estate assets.

As a homeowner, real estate investor and developer I have built numerous homes and invested in multi-​family residential and commercial properties.

I was born and raised in Denver Colorado, I am an alumnus of the University of Colorado (go Buffs!). I live in San Anslemo, CA with my husband and two daughters who attend Marin Catholic High School (go Cats!).

I used Brenda at ProMortgage to refinance my house. She worked tirelessly on my behalf. She handled every aspect with diligence and a personal touch. She explained all my options, various interest rates, 15 or 30 year mortgages, consolidating debt, etc. She also answered every question I had and never made me feel as though I couldn’t or shouldn’t ask a question.

We have worked with Brenda on several mortgages and refis and would not go anywhere else. She is extremely knowledgeable, always finding us the best possible loan rates, and explains the unexplainable without making us feel in the least moronic. Some of our transactions have been less than simple and she plugs away until all of the details are resolved and the loan closes. Then she sends us a thank you note… really she deserves the thank you every time.
