History

Established in 2004.

Sarah Alba styles homes for both magazines and private clients. Whether ultra-​contemporary or traditional, she has the vision and experience for enhancing any style, and re-​inventing spaces to complement every home.

Since 2004, Sarah has produced more than 200 features for national magazines. She is the field editor for such well-​known publications as Traditional Home, Better Homes & Gardens, Coastal Living, Decorating, Do-​It-​Yourself, California Home & Design, and This Old House magazines. Sarah’s work involves scouting locations, styling and producing the professional photoshoots, and managing each project from conception to finish.

In 2010, Sarah expanded her portfolio and launched a new home design consulting business focusing on budget-​friendly design solutions. By incorporating homeowners’ existing furniture and purchasing a few key items she is able to transform a room, filling the gap beween DIY and high end interior design.

Educated at Colorado University at Boulder and Miami Advertising School, Sarah studied Business Marketing and Art Direction.

She was born and raised in the Bay Area and now resides in San Rafael, with her husband and daughter.
