These cleaning wizards deserve 5 stars for their customer service and efficiency at the often thankless job of cleaning up homes!
I had a studio apartment that needed 5 years worth of daily use cleaned out for a new tenant– as in, the oven looked like scorched earth, the grout needed scrubbing, and the bathroom was just grubby. You know, how a twentysomething lives. There was a good job cut out for A Home Maintenance. It seemed like in no time flat, Jaime responded to my quote via Unilocal and we scheduled a meeting in person in two days. When he arrived, he was walked through the concerns and cleaning needs, and gave me a fair estimate. I booked his team’s services then and there for a Wednesday appointment.
What a fantastic job they did! Starting at 9AM and going until 2:15PM, the studio apartment was move-​in ready, just like I needed. The use of non-​toxic cleaners is a huge plus, as the small studio smelled better than the outdoors. Among other things, the oven looked sparklingly new, the grout shone white, and the bathroom was spotless. His 3-​person team (himself included) brought all their equipment in carefully and left no damages. I am still impressed at the hard work accomplished in half a day.
The price may seem high, but honestly, pay these professionals for the job they do… that basically you don’t want to do yourself.

Jaime and his crew do a wonderful job. They are punctual, hardworking and a pleasure to have in the house. They were especially careful with our delicate items and with our furniture and knew the proper procedure for cleaning each area and item in our home. The green cleaning products are great. Jaime and crew were a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, easy to communicate with, and were very accommodating. As others have mentioned AHM is a bit pricier than other services but are willing to work with your needs. You get what you pay for and A Home Maintenance delivers! They basically gave us a new kitchen sink!
Jaime was even able to come out same day during thanksgiving week which was very much appreciated. Being in sales they really understand customer service.

A Home Maintenance did a great job cleaning my home. He arrived on time with his crew, went straight to work providing guidance to his workers as to what I wanted done and understood how I wanted the house cleaned. I have perfectionist tendencies that Jaime was completely comfortable with, making adjustments as requested if I wanted something done over or added to the list, an excellent job!

I was very hesitant to pay for their services at first, since It was much more than what I usually pay for cleaning services. However after I met with someone from the company reviewing what’s included with this price, I decided to give it a shot. On the day of the service, they showed up on time and they were very professional. However, after they left, I found few places that they missed and I called them and talked to them about it. They came back immediately and spent additional two hours. This time when they left my apartment everything was spotless. I would ask them to come more frequently if the price wasn’t this high! Overall, I think it’s worth it.

My family needed to move into a bigger home, so it was time to prepare for the landlord walk-​through. Not a fun idea. With two little kids, it’s not so easy to spend a few days completely concentrated on detailing a home, so it was the first time we decided to hire help.
I checked Unilocal and sent a few emails to the highest-​rated companies. Jaime wasn’t the first to get back to me, but when he did, he came straight over for an estimate. He looked over the house and gave me a quote that I felt was high, but when you consider the quality that the best costs, I decided to go with it.
I let him know that I was flexible with the date, and he took advantage of that by requesting to reschedule the cleaning a couple of times (from Tuesday a.m. to Monday p.m. to Monday a.m.). That was fine with me. The sooner the better.
When I mentioned another issue with the home, he came right over (on a Sunday afternoon) to examine it at no cost.
He and two assistants arrived on time at 7:30 a.m. sharp with great attitudes. They immediately went to work and catered to my every request with enthusiasm. Jaime had to leave a few times to a) provide an estimate for a new home, b) get lunch, and c) go get a buffer for our wood floors, but he busted his rear while he was here.
He was about to leave for a different job at 11:00 a.m. (packed up and everything) when he found out that that job had canceled. So they came back in, had a quick lunch, and resumed work.
His 4-​hour estimate quickly turned into 7 hours of work. At that point, I pointed out how the floors had some scratches. He volunteered to drive back to his office to get a buffer that could get out some of the scratches. He came back 45 minutes later and went to work.
At the end of the day, the 4-​hour estimate ended up taking over 8 hours. I gave him a nice bonus.
What I really liked about working with Jaime is that he is genuinely excited about his work and communicates that with a passion. He knows how to clean and made the house look almost brand new.
I was very pleased with the results, and the landlord was too :)

This company is very professional! They are the best cleaners we have ever had! First, they are on time and actually even early! We like that! Also, they call in advance to confirm they are coming and give you a friendly reminder. They bring all there own supplies (vacuum, towels, green cleaning solutions) so the house smells great when they leave! They really get the dirt and grim and do detailed work! They are pricey; but well worth it and I will continue using them bi-​weekly to clean our 4 bedroom home! Without a doubt –give them a try you won’t be disappointed! Hope this helps!

These people are wonderful. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate me, they came on time, they cleaned my house so beautifully I was really impressed. They were very personable and left the place with everything where it should be. They weren’t like a lot of other house cleaning services I’ve used. Often people will clean and then leave pictures slanting on the walls, special knickknacks out of place… it usually takes time after the housecleaning to put things back where they belong. Not this time! I’m so happy with these people. Also, they don’t use stinky cleaners at all, it smells good in my house, and it feels good. Definitely give them a try!

You get what you pay for. I was very hesitant to pay what seemed to be a LOT more for Jaime than for other cleaning services. Based on the fantastic reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give him a shot.
All I can say is WOW. I’m often frustrated be knowing I can do a much better job than other cleaners if only I had the time. Not with these guys… the walls are clean. The ceilings are clean. It is $#@! unbelievable.
It was worth every penny to get it done right.
And they are nicest people… major bonus.

Their cleaning was extremely thorough. They were on time and very friendly from the start. They feel like a small family-​owned business which is immediately more desirable than a large company with numerous employees.
The only issue we had was cleared up in equally agreeable fashion. When they put our oven door back together after the cleaning, the little part that turns the oven light off when closed was (re)installed on the wrong side. But think about that: they were so thorough with their cleaning that they got into the bits and pieces of the oven door! It was a bit of a mystery for a while, why the oven light wouldn’t turn off. But Jaime was very helpful, coming back out, inspecting the door, and even sending one of his friends an appliance repair guy out to take a look, at no charge.
I plan on using them again.

This was the 1^st «deep cleaning» I had done in my place, and I’ve lived here 3 years. Jaime even cleaned the build-​up on my shower head in the bathroom, something I didn’t think was even possible to get off, but he got it looking like new. The work cost a little more than was estimated and took a little longer than expected, but the results were worth it. I recommend them — and they are green cleaners, using only natural, non-​toxic products. A++!

Getting ready to move after 3+ years of three teenagers and all their friends, I phoned Jaime and scheduled a deep cleaning. He and his assistant rolled back time, cleaning every inch of our home, lifting everything to dust under and around, wiping down walls and cabinets, cleaning floors. This was ten times cleaner than we have ever experienced, cleaner than the house was when we moved in! It sparkled and all our allergies lifted a bit… Thank you, Jaime. I found him via Unilocal,so want to help spread the word about his good work.

Forgot my mother in-​law arrives in 2 days. Panicked call into Jamie at A Home Maintenance. Arrived yesterday, and did not leave any portion of our house unturned.
I could serve dinner of our bathroom floor, it was cleaned so thoroughly.
Excellent, excellent choice, and will use them again in the future.

Not worth the hourly rate they change, as my husband had to direct them on what to do.

Jaime and his team have done a great job cleaning my house for the past few years. They are punctual and Jaime makes sure to get in touch with me if any changes arise with my cleaning appointment. Their work is very impressive and thorough. Also, the pricing is reasonable for the quality of work performed. A Home Maintenance is an excellent choice for your cleaning needs.

We had construction performed at our house over an eight day period. Although the crew did a great job in trying to seal off areas, there is always that fine, sawdust that penetrates everything. We have a regular cleaning service who is quite good, but A Home Maintenance takes cleaning to another level.
They are very expensive relative to other services, but you don’t have to suggest what has to be done — they just know how to deep clean thoroughly. All of the books were taken out of the bookcases, dusted and placed back. The refrigerator was emptied and cleaned. The ceilings and walls were dusted or vacuumed. We have delicate wallpaper that requires vacuuming.
They were on-​time, professional, pleasant to be around and THOROUGH. They should get 5+ stars.

When it comes to housecleaners, I’m like Wrangler: I’m one tough customer and I know what I like when I see it.
I like A Home Maintenance. Actually, no. I love them.
I’ve gone through 3 housecleaners in the past year because they never get the job done up to my standards – and I mean, no where near. One didn’t wash the floor well enough, one would only dry dust surfaces. And on and on.
So I trusted my fellow Unilocalers and tried Jaime.
HOLY COW.
He blew me away. Literally. Ha! Only kidding. I love when people misuse «literally».
But I digress.
The cleaning that Jaime and Hania gave my house is unparalleled – better than even I, the uptight, Virgo, former Montessori student, have ever done. I’ve been wandering around for 2 days now trying to find something they missed during their 3 hours in my house and I can’t find a damn thing. Instead, I’m finding things they did get that I can’t believe. For example, they washed the back of the bathroom door. All of the food stains that my 3-​year old got on there – gone!
Baseboards: done.
Kitchen cabinet doors: done.
Under and over everything: DONE!
Books taken out of shelves and dusted: DONE!
Lampshades and insides of lamps: DONE!
Nightstands and beds moved and vacuumed behind: DONE!
Floor rugs moved and vacuumed under: DONE!
I feel like I’ve died and gone to neat-​freak Heaven but then I realize I’m just home.
There is a downside to AHM. They are expensive. Really expensive. As in 2 ½ times more expensive than I was paying. But this is truly a testament to getting what you pay for. I’ll start spinning flax and selling it at the Farmer’s Market on the side in order to pay for Jaime. He’s just that good.
