Urban Feet & Skate

Called all over town looking for an Xmas gift and these guys had exactly what I needed and held them for me til I got there. Parking everywhere which is always a plus and said if I needed to exchange them later I totally could with the barcode still on the box. Very friendly and looked to have some rad boots which I may come back and look for myself!

As you walk in, you notice there’s a bunch of young kids working here. They appear to have some problems with theft in the past, since it is located in a not so good area. They watch you like a hawk and make you very uncomfortable. I found what I came for, but I don’t think I’ll be Coming back.

Lots of variety, but the girl at the front desk was not friendly. Rude! No smile no hello just trying to get me out. Offered freebies to every other customer except me. She should work on her customer service.

The sales people have no personality. They don’t smile, they are so unfriendly. I will not give them my business again. The female behind the register acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing me up.

Just bought some rain gear gonna test the waterproof tonight. So far 5 stars alot of employees and they were all very helpful… fast checkout and a good selection considering its still pouring thanks urban feet

Great San Pedro shop! I got my husband a pair of sandals and there were many to choose from. Most of them had a little discount too. When we rung up, they asked us if they were on the sale rack. We said no, but they gave us a sale price anyway! Reefs for $ 15! Nice. I’m very impressed by the cleanliness and customer service.

They have the pricier brands, and their prices are still pricey even though they do have everything cheaper than you would get it at most other shoe stores. I love their selection. I love the sandal selection most of all. Lots of Reefs and Rainbows for men and women and even kids. They also have Uggs, Dock’s, and Vans. They even sell skateboards and backpacks and Levi’s and Dickies. The employees are young and don’t really know too much about customer service, so that’s why I docked one star off my rating for them. But overall I like the store and their selection. I will definitely be coming back.

The service was just fine and dandy. There were at least 3 people available to help me.
Parking was up the street at a corner lot. I didn’t park there. I walked 2 blocks from auto zone.
Store is nice and clean. The racks are full of merchandise.
The drawback is their prices. They are not a great deal. They are retail’s retail. They have Sanucks for the high retail price and reef and rainbow sandals for high retail price. They have Uggs in the color but not the size I wanted.
So I turn to Amazon.
Such is life.

A GEM of a shoe store with name brands and the best everyday prices in the southbay. Their everyday prices are equal to the sale prices at Nordstrom for the exact same shoe. Why go to a another store when you can get it here for less.
They have a great selection of trendy shoes, sneakers, hiking boots, etc. Some of the brands are Sanuk, Roxy, Vans, D&C, New Balance, Uggs, Timberland, Rainbow, etc.
They also have clothing and sunglasses by Oakley, Neff, Vans, Dickies, Levis, etc.

The Work Boot selection was Great. The Sales help from the High Schoolers was more helpful and not at all Condescending as their Mgmt. I don’t need to wait for my PMA voucher to buy Boots nor will I be back here again.

Awesome shoe store. Picked up some steel toe boots and saw a great selection of Vans. Sketchy location and bring quarters to park (feed the meter) but I dug it. Great help as well.

I got a coupon in the mail as part of the booklet I usually toss right into the recycling bin. A pair of shoes on the back cover caught my eye and I thought what the hell, it’s been 3 years since I bought my last pair of Sanuks so let’s take a look. I found a nice pair of corduroy-​style Sanuks for only $ 25 as well as a pair of boat shoe «preppy» Sanuks at full price. But with the coupon I saved $ 15, and a very nice pregnant saleswoman helped me out. I will definitely be going back again. And for the cheapskates who complained about parking, go on a Sunday and street parking is free. Scrooge McDuck

This is what happens when I have to go to traffic court in San Pedro. I end up finding a shoe store! Since I came early for my appointment, I walked around the block. Lo and behold! It’s nice local shop for shoes and utility work wear. I was lured in by huge racks of flip flops and found a fun pair of Rainbow sandals that was 50% off. Great place with tons of styles and options. The staff was helpful and friendly. I’ll probably come back again, hehe!

Since I am sure the weather is about to break soon, I thought I would look for some sandles, so I stop here after passing it numerous times on my way to the sacred grounds. First off— nice store, great variety of sandles, shoes, price reasonable. customer service was okay.

I have shopped at Urban Feet several times for myself and for my daughters.
They have a great selection of Vans, Etnies, Globes, Redwings, Reef, Rainbow, Sanuk, Levi’s, Dickies and
Our family favorite Uggs!!! The sales people there are always friendly and ready to help! Their prices are very competitive and
we love supporting the local businesses especially when they are warm and inviting like at Urban Feet!

I was able to find the Uggs I was looking for with the help of a very nice young man at Urban Feet. He and the entire staff was extremely friendly and made the chore of shopping into a very pleasant experience.

On my first trip to use my PMA voucher I had a hard time finding parking. I finaly found a spot right in front… The parking meter took my quarter, but gave me no time. I went into urban feet and the lady whom I had informed of what happened told me I should move my car or I might get a ticket… So I left.
Today I went back. I parked across the street in the parking lot with more meter parking. The meter had 14 minutes in it… I put in another dime and it gave me nothing.
I wanted to purchase a $ 220 pair of boots and some tennis shoes for my daughter. I was finally approached by the same lady I had ran into on my previous visit. I asked wheather the boots had a steel toe, or something else, and she didn’t know. I tried on a size 10, but were too big. I would have tried on a 9.5, but by this time, the lady was busy complaining to a security guard about people from the sorrounding area.
I knew my meter was running out of time, so I told the lady good bye, and left.
For a local business, who no doubt makes most of it’s money on longshore business, it seems like they weren’t very interested in helping me find the right shoes. At this point I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Their annual Anniversary Sale is all out pandemonium. I just came back from camping out for their 16^th annual anniversary sale where alot of the shoes were running for, get this $ 16.16 or $ 32.32.
The main attraction that brought more than 500 people to line up before store was opened is: UGGs.
They were selling a limited amount of UGG shoes for $ 16.16 or $ 32.32. They ran out so quickly that basically only the first 30 people got to snag a pair (3 pair limit). Why the hell was I there? Well what’s the shame in trying to make a buck? I was gonna flip if I got’em on eBay. Chyea!
But since I couldn’t get them I left the store looking like a brown Santa Claus sans the belly leaving with 12 pairs (Etnies, DCs, Vans, Red Wing boots, Globes) for $ 197. I’m sending them all to Philippines for my family.
Good turn out, I was in the first 40 by getting there by 5:30am. It was crazy intense like trying to get $ 99 laptops on those After Thanksgiving sales. There was crazy drama about line cutters, basically kinda turning out like Jerry Springer. Entertaining.

I am stunned that I am the first person to review this place. This shoe store has been in business for 15 years in downtown SP. Its main client base seems to be ILWU dockworkers getting safety shoes. Why would a high heel girl like myself venture into a place like this? They have a good selection of UGGS, which I know are fug but are sometimes a necessity. The store features some of the newer styles. Coupons are regularly available in the little monthly shopper magazines that are stuffed in your mailbox, and can save you up to $ 15 on your purchase.
Urban Feet also carries Vans. Sadly, nary a high heel in sight in this place. But the employees are friendly, and I feel good about supporting a local independent business.
