Had some tacos! They were ok, the chicken enchiladas were decent! Real enchialda sauce was what I was expecting and not dry chicken! 3 Stars!

Awesome tacos. Their breakfast burrito is really good also and huge. You won’t be hungry after. I guarantee it. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I’d say they have the best tacos in San Pedro. I may not be Mexican but I know tacos and this place is legit. I plan many more visits to this place.

I miss living in San Pedro, but luckily I still have lots of family and friends there to visit. I’m going to be there next month and you better believe my first stop will be tacos jalisco! Since moving out of Cali, the mexican food is so terrible and all we do around here(my husband and I) is talk about how we can’t wait to get good tacos again! LOL. Such a great deal and great food and always good customer service. Prices are cheap too! Can’t beat it!

Place sucked. Had al pastor and cabeza tacos. The tacos were just hella greasy. The only reason I give it 2 stars is the flavor of the cabeza was good. Other than that it would only get 1 star.

This place is the best. Their tacos are amazing and it’s as real as it gets. It’s a family & Mexican owned business that is always willing to go above and beyond. They have catered more than five of my families parties and have always made it easy and great. The staff are all amazing and the owner is great. The place is small but serves its purpose as a great taco place. My family always ends up heading there when we want to eat something and were getting home late. They treat us like family. TIP: Try the Asada tacos or burritos, it’s not a meal without rice an beans.

I asked for hard shell tacos and asked twice over the phone for them to make sure it was hard shell. I got there and cashier told me that they do not have any hard shell tacos. I already drove there so I ended up wasting money on gas and money on the food that I didn’t want.

Their tacos are stuffed with moist, tasty meat. The barbacoa and carnitas are particularly good. I went with my wife and 15 month old daughter. We ordered 9 tacos and could barely finish. I have to ask myself why Taco Bell gets so much business when there’s far better quality at a lower cost a few blocks away. Extremely thoughtful and kind staff. We didn’t order it but they just gave us a little portion of rice for my daughter, which she devoured along with her taco. It’s the little things like serving you your food with the sauce served on the side. They don’t have to do that. They could just yell your number and let you get your own, but if they aren’t busy they’ll bring it to you. I had complained that I couldn’t find a legit Mexican place in Pedro, but I guess the search is over.

What’s with the hype? Mediocre, bland tacos in a sea of Mexican restaurants on the strip. Though it was fresh made, the price was just ok for the amount, no bueno for the taste. 2 tacos de pescado for $ 5. The only saving grace for this place was their 90s jukebox with Gipsy Kings on it.

First time here. Had three tacos. Carne asada and chicharron. Taste was ok, nothing exceptional. I found myself adding more salsa. They were a bit bland. Definitely have a home cooked style to them.

After hiking around Sunken City, a group of 4 of us stopped by and had their $ 24.99 family deal consisting of 16 tacos with Al Pastor, Asada, Carnitas, and Pollo along with 4 canned sodas. Really good salsa and delicious tacos, especially the Lengua we tried afterwards when we were still a little hungry. Would come back again for their other options and their plates.

After a gorgeous hike, me and a group of friends were about ready for dinner. Based on where we were we tried to visit the Ports Of Call but sadly they were closed for the night about a minute before we got there. I used Unilocal and found this place had an almost perfect 5-star rating so decided to check it out! Upon arriving, the place was packed in between stores and had a back lot parking. Coming inside, there were some tvs and nothing to impress… except for their food. I’m not really a fan of soft tacos, maybe because I’ve never had them as good as these. Usually the tortillas are soft or hard but not really toasted or anything like that. Taqueria Tacos Jalisco went over and beyond the standards of soft tacos and toasted the tortillas so that the edges were kind of crispy!!! It was delicious. We ended up getting the family deal which was $ 24.99 for 16 tacos and 4 canned drinks. It fed 6 people, and the lengua, carne asada, and carnitas were AHH-MAZING :D

Love this place. The food is so tasty and they have so much variety. It is a whole in the wall place so don’t expect to drink in the ambiance/scenery. It’s about the food. I love their chicken soup. For lunch today I ordered a bowl which comes with fresh veggies, large pieces of chicken simmered with bone in, side of rice cilantro, diced onions and choice of corn or flour tortillas, plus I had a chicken taco which was one of the best I have ever had… I skipped breakfast so yeah I ordered more than normal). The reviews are dead on. If you want tasty, reasonably priced Mexican food without the frills of a fancier place, you need to try it.

Best Tacos in San Pedro. tacos de chicharron are the best. For breakfast get the Chilaquiles rojos with a side of Carne Asada… You will not be disappointed…

Tried out Taqueria Tacos Jalisco #2 in San Pedro after going to the Port of LA. I saw parking across the street for shopping I think, but B. just parked at the meter so we just paid for 30 min or so. I got 2 tacos only– lengua & cabeza. Both were fine, nothing special. Cheap though at $ 1.50 ea. B. got a 2 taco plate that comes with rice & beans. Refried beans & spanish rice. I ate some of that. Tasted fine. There’s a small salsa bar up front by the register. Regular Mexican locals & workers eat here so it’s legit.
