Bait and switch
Figured I’d go and get my six dollar foot-​long Subway kept seeing the commercial. When I went into the subway. I noticed the menu only had a few sandwiches on it all of their signature sandwiches are not on the menu right now because all the sandwiches are six dollars. You have lost me as a customer forever. I think it’s really crappy that you changed the menu for this month so you wouldn’t have to shell out any money for the sandwich sale. It’s bad enough that you had a evil bad spokesperson. But now you’re a bait and switch operation I want nothing to do with

I work at a business close by I’m trying to call in an order but no one seems to want to answer the phone there. What’s the point in having a deliver service if you won’t answer your freaking phone!!!

This Subway’s quality fluctuates way too much. The last two visits, the sandwiches were sloppy and messy. I know they want to be fast, but there was no one else there. Worth the extra miles to go to another one.

Service stinks and the sandwiches are not made like at other Subways. Say anything and your sandwich will suck even more. NOT going there anymore. Too bad I live in the neighborhood.

Small, but quaint.
Nothing different from any other subway except they offer free delivery now… which I never use, but a cool idea nonetheless.
I pretty much only come here in the mornings when I have a long work shift ahead of me and typically deal with the same two gentlemen, James and Felipe. These guys make me come back most mornings.

Food was fresh and delicious, restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and seemed happy to be serving customers. The smell of baking bread was awesome when I entered and cookies were soft and delicious. Definitely my favorite Subway in San Pedro. I always pick up lunch after grocery shopping in the center.

Great subway, fast, nice service, good employees. Sandwich was made great with nothing coming out of it when I opened it. Clean, and everything u could want from a subway.

Ordered 2 regular sized platters for my club. Manager who took the order promised that we would be getting the large condiment plates.
When we got there, only the small tubs of condiments were waiting for us. The manager currently working told us that it would be enough and I pretty much had to beg for more.
The sandwiches were okay.

Burrito

I have never experienced such rude employees at any establishment. All the employees were incredibly rude and they made my sandwich very bad. I was going to ask to speak to the manager to complain, however the rudest and most lazy of the employees was the manger. This woman was a bitch. When I asked for olives, they have me about 5 on a foot long. I will never return to this subway and everyone of those employees needs to be fired; I’m not sure how they got hired in the first place.

The best subway in San Pedro easily. The staff are friendly, fast and efficient. I have a family of 5 with 5 different styles of sandwiches always changing. I often call my order in and in all these years have never had an order wrong. Whether calling in or dining in, always great sandwiches. I also have called in an emergency order 4 minutes to closing and they graciously had it ready for me in 3!

If I could give this subway zero stars I totally would. Every time I come here to give them another chance I am reminded why I drive to the one that’s further away. They never have all of the right supplies. Once when we went they were out of chips another time lettuce, and so on. This last time I went which will be my last time EVER they were out of the cheese for the new flatizzas and told me none of the other cheeses would work. I don’t know who the «new management» is, but nothing has changed and I end up leaving with nothing but disappointment and a drive down the road.

This is one of the best subways I’ve been to. Their food is fresh and really delicious. There’s a lot of variety in the menu. The employees are very friendly and attentive. Its nicely organized there. Everyone there knows how to do their job right. Whenever I go to this Subway, the place just gets better and better every time. So I definitely recommend this for all the Subway lovers.

It’s a S U B W A Y sandwich shop. It’s got the same tasting food as the 5 others around the area. I think this one doesn’t have spicy mustard so that makes me upset when I want it on my sandwich but hey then I just get a salad instead

this subway is hit or miss… but even when it’s a miss i’m usually pretty impressed by the staff. i’ve been coming here for years and while there was a negative experience or two, overall they are super helpful. i went last night to get dinner for my sister and myself, and was greeted by a friendly young man. our sandwiches were neat and full… which is quite a balance to strike. when i say «extra olives please» and they oblige, i’m very happy… but i’m also very happy when the sandwich can close and it’s not leaking vegetables all over. that feels like a waste. even though i’ll eat them off the paper wrapper… i’d rather them be in between the bread. i got that last night. :)

Good service, but the guy that made my sandwich talks a little too much, maybe because I was the only one in there.

this subway is going downhill. Customers are not pleased with the service and the workers in the background are treated unfairly. Mangers dont respect the rules that they must abide by. They Call coworkers dumb blondes. They tell pregnant coworkers to get an abortion. The Confidentiality is not honored using employees as examples by name. people are treated unfairly. they have taken our ten minute breaks saying that we are not allowed to take breaks. the mangers are sexist only interested in hiring females that have a pretty face. they have laid off all the male employees and replaced them with females. they are not honoring the equal employee opportunity. They are under paying us and taking alway from us. they wont even meet accommodations when we need time off or we start school. the food isnt even fresh— when food comes into contact with an unsanitary floor the manger ask us to still use it. theres human hair in the cheese. the mangers dont use their hat when they assist the customers. this store has changed drastically and theres no getting through the mangers cause they can do no wrong.

This review is for my customer service experience on Sunday.
There is a daily afternoon and all day Sunday special (three regular footlongs for $ 12.99) at some Subways, including this one. There is a huge sign in the driveway explaining the special and the sign has been there about 5 years. Stopped by on Sunday and asked for the Sunday 3 footlong special for $ 12.99 and gave the girl my order.
When the girl rang up my order she asked for $ 13.99. I explained that the sign in the driveway states $ 12.99, she said that the sign is old and the new price is $ 13.99. I explained that she needed to honor the advertised price. She asked for the guy from the back to take over my transaction. After I explained the situation to him, he said that the price in the driveway was for a limited time and that the new price is $ 13.99.
Nice try buddy, you know the rules. He explained that the cash register is programmed to charge $ 13.99 not $ 12.99. He tried to explain to me the many reasons he should over charge me the $ 1.00. I suggested he take down the sign !! He worked the cash register for a few minutes and eventually asked me for $ 12.99. It could be because the line was very long by now and he wanted me to keep quiet and leave !!
Make sure you ask for the $ 12.99 special and tell them it says so on the sign !!

I wish my Subways back home were like this spot. Fast and friendly. Got my order right the first time. Hooked up the veggies. Didn’t grumble or frown when I asked for things a specific way unusual to their normal procedures. They did run out of broccoli cheese soup (bummer for me) but that’s bound to happen if the soup is good. Spinach on your footlong is a must!

Ok, it’s a Subway. You’ve been to one, you know what they have and what it tastes like. I’m guilty of picking up a cheap foot long on some nights. But this Subway SUCKS! Every single time I go there, the clerk looks like they would rather be dead than be making a sandwich for me. I get asked what things I would like, and I rattle them off, and she stops me because apparently she can only remember one ingredient at a time. Whatever. I always feel like I’m just bothering them by wanting a damn sandwich at A STORE THAT SELLS SANDWICHES.
At least there is never a wait…
