They’re so far from our school and only come to our location a couple of times a year. They should do a better job with their online portal for ordering new uniforms.

I am just not a happy girl.
Came in last year, waited over an hour to buy two shirts with iron on decals. An older lady who was very distracted by the telephone and credit card machine and another employee lady assisted me. Ugh. I didn’t leave a review back then. Was too disgusted.
Came in today but not before calling. I learned my lesson. Spoke to a guy named Nathan. Explained that I am coming all the way from Downey and I don’t have all day to wait today. Wanted to get the ball rolling on my shirt order and offered to give my CC # but the guys says, no way, can’t take a phone number for nothing. Ugh. Just not crazy about the service. Kinda irritated at my school, too, because we are all the way in Santa Fe Springs and we use a company so dang far away, which makes thing very inconvenient.

I went there about two months ago to get some uniforms. I got there thirty minutes before they closed. Long story short, the staff was extremely rude! Specially the older women on the register, she didn’t hesitate to put that out there. She kept saying, «I need to go» then she turned to the guy that needed to do the engraving on the uniforms and he made a comment ‚“I need to go” I was so disgusted I wanted to walk out! The reason I didn’t is because the school my child is attending only has uniforms here. The three people that help me, had an annoyed look on their face, they made my experience horrible, not only are they expensive their customer service is horrible and over priced! I didn’t say anything because I plan to file a formal complaint to the company! And at the time I just felt so horrible being there I just kept quiet! The second time I had to go there I went around 3pm, I had a young women help me and she was helpful, but every time you ask them anything they don’t know, it’s like pulling teeth! Cmon you are there to sell and make the experience good! My daughter is very thin and I wanted to buy pants and I asked the lady that was helping us if they had a size 4 but in slim style, she didn’t even bother to look and said I don’t know, hello! You work here can’t you find out?! I asked again and still she wasn’t offering an answer! So I said can I check online to see if these pants come in a slim size? So finally she asked someone and they do have slim sizes but only size 7. I feel as though people go here because there is no where else to go too! My overall experience here has been very do satisfactory, I don’t even feel comfortable, they act like we are a bother. If you don’t need to buy from here I suggest YOU DONT GO HERE! Customer service sucks so bad!!! IVE NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AS I HAD HERE!

I came in because I had not been here for a while and was down the street. I walked in and the lady was conversing with other ladies I walked right by them and was not acknowledged. I was looking for some shirts and looked around for a while until I was noticed by one of the workers. The overall feel of this place is ok, but expensive. Kids school uniform are expensive as well as other clothing. People were nice once they noticed you. I realize they have theyre following of people since they have been family owned for many years, but no thanks.

The staff at Norman’s is helpful and courteous. I have ordered online and visited the store with my children and they are so efficient and even embroidered my sons name on his jacket while we waited. The review below is obviously a setup. The staff was so knowledgable and Never confused on any of my children’s uniform over the years. In fact I am so glad we switched to Norman’s Uniforms it has always been a pleasant, effortless shopping experience. They have plenty in their inventory and the prices are reasonable. The quality of the uniforms are great. I’ve been able to pass uniforms to my younger kids

Great Customer service. Came in to do embroidery for my hats and shirts. Guy in the back embroidery room is fabulous he knew exactly what to do. Did my logo and charged way cheaper than Lids. I high recommend them for any type of embroidery. They also have a great selection of quicksilver Tommy Bahama, etc. Must go to get work done

Why one Star, they dO hAve a niCe sElectiOn oF uniForms if yOur a kiD, the BiG secrEt, yOu cAn buy thEm elsEwhere mucH chEaper. ServiCe sUcks, thEy dO have OthEr clOthing name BrAnds, Tommy Bahamas, Quicksilver shiRts, and othErs at inflated price. ThEy dOnt hAve muCh knowlEdgE of whAt they Carry. Ask wOrkers QuestiOns and thEy BecOme confUsed. DOnT try Ordering anyThinG, thEy wiLL crew thAt up too.

Outstanding Customer Service!!! Very helpful with suggestions and did all our embroidery while we waited and for a very reasonable price. Definitely would reccomend this location to anyone who is in the area. Very large selection of clothing to select from.

Very very poor customer service. Love Vicki Marsha for school uniforms. Schools should not force you to come here. I’ve never had one single issue with uniforms or service at Vicki Marsha. One time here and absolutely despise the fact that I’ll have to come back. Truly awful experience.

Huge selection of uniforms for many private schools. When I went during the late summer rush, they didn’t have all the items in the sizes I needed (xs and s) but they were glad to order and mail them to my home. Just placed an order over the phone as well for some winter items, and they were happy to help.

A one-​stop school uniform shop for those with kids attending local area schools. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Place has huge selection of uniforms and they carry casual clothes as well in addition to shoes, sandals, belts, ties, board shorts, etc. Accepts scrips from MSHS.
