I have been coming here for years I have had good luck with them. I am always satisfied with the service they provide. My cloths are always nice and clean that’s what I pay for. The girls are always nice to me.

We don’t care much for this cleaners. Brought my Moms Jacket which had a couple stains that we brought to there attention. When we picked it up the stains were lighter but not gone. We will not be coming back you guys suck.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for years. My devotion to this business was due to their quality cleaning and the very nice girls that work in the front.
But, I recently had a tragic experience with the owner, which confirmed my suspicion that this business intends to take advantage of its patrons, especially those like me who frequent the place for services.
It is my STRONG recommendation to STAY AWAY from this business, and here is my story: My father passed away last month, and so we decided to take his favorite Hawaiian shirt turned into small pouches (the stringed pouches would hold his ashes, which were to be distributed to close friends and loved ones). Upon my delivery of the materials, I requested the shirt to be turned into about a dozen little bags. They didn’t quote me, and insisted it was easy. I returned a few days later to discover that they created more small bags than what I had requested and requested over $ 150.00 for the alteration. I was inexplicably appalled. Upon my talking with the owner in an attempt to negotiate a fairer price, she screamed at me, dismissed me, and was incorrigible. Needless to say, the over $ 200 in cleaning that I bring them monthly, will happen no more. Stay away from this business. They abuse customers.

I love this cleaners. Very friendly staff. Open on Sundays. My clothes came back perfect. I love that they separate the different types of clothes and put them together.
Most places put plastic over the women’s and men’s together… and Marty’s doesn’t do that.
Silk shirts are in one bag. Laundry men’s shirts in one bag. Women’s pants in one. I love it!!!

Please don’t use their alteration services. My son 17-​year old son bought a new suit for an event, which he brought to have hemmed. When we picked them up they were at his ankles! When I complained the woman yelled at me, telling me that when she pinned them he said it was ok. He has never done this before and they should know the correct length for a pair of dress pants. I went to fix them myself, but they pressed them so much, there is a permanent white line. The pants were ruined. What a huge waste of money, and now he doesn’t have matching pants with his jacket. Unprofessional, rude, and unsatsfactory in every way.

I would have rate this business 5 stars but I feel they deserve 3 instead… Their pressing is great but they use many many «sorry we couldn’t remove the stain» tags. As a business that has been opened for a very long time it seems very unprofessional not to know their products. I’ve seen other customers walk out with tags on their clothes. Maybe their problem is their «spotter» they should hire someone who really knows their stain removers & I’ve found out the spotter is also in charge of quality control lol. Front service & their pressing is great but again not good at removing stains. We pay to get good results but get worthless tags instead.

I’m totally happy with the service Marty’s provides. Reasonably priced, good work, and they’ve done magic with some messes that have ended up on my cloths and have never damaged my cloths.

I didn’t actually drop off my shirts here. I was appalled that they wanted $ 6.50 to dry clean a men’s silk shirt and they aren’t even using organic products! I went down the street and paid $ 4.00 per shirt!

I am NOT PLEASED WHATSOEVER; For starters I went in last week and asked for a hemming to be done to two of my new work pants and I had told them to NOT PRESS THE PANTS because dry cleaning them fades them-«Hemming Only»; 4 days later, what did they do? They PRESSED MY PANTS so now I had to go to work with a two toned colored uniform; my uniform is Green I ended up working in a dark Green Shirt and a light Green Pants. The Hemming was Great. no compaints there. Today I had to return to this cleaners so I can get my shirt in the same cleaner fade as my pants since they faded my pants already… on their canopy it states SAME DAY SERVICE. I asked them if I can have my shirt done by today (Sunday).Nope they said by thursday it can be done so I said well how about by Tuesday then they agreed. After this clean I will not be going back to this cleaners. I will also be writing a complaint to the Manager reguarding their service.

After accidentally falling into the murky waters of Marina del Rey on a Thursday night, I brought my air-​dried, salt-​water stained black suit pants into Marty’s on a Monday morning. One week later suit pants are like new. They most surely were toast in my eyes. No extra charge for desalinization. Marty’s rocks!
