Established in 2013.

After more than 20 years of coaching and classroom instruction, I launched Intense Algebra. Through the use of best practices learned and shared both in and out of the classroom, I have developed an environment that fosters content engagement and understanding for students of all levels.

During my high school years, I served as the AP Coordinator, Department Head, and teacher of Statistics and Calculus AB & BC. My test prep students are attending or have attended colleges and universities to include: Columbia, Harvard, MIT, Notre Dame, Stanford, Tulane, UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, Yale, and a host of others.

At the middle school level, I implemented and monitored common core curriculum for public, parochial and private school systems and prepared students for the Mathematics portion of the Los Angeles Archdiocese’s annual Academic Decathlon (ACADECA) competition. My students almost always received both scholarship and first choices for high school to include: Archer, Bishop Montgomery, CAMS, Chadwick, Crossroads, Harvard-​Westlake, Immaculate Heart, Loyola, Mayfield, Notre Dame, Providence, Ribet, Rolling Hills Prep, and many more.
