Let me say why this Barber shop is Fantastic, Awesome, and the best Barber Shop in San PEDRO, as you walk in you notice the Shop has a Antique Look (retro) with so much to notice, you can’t help but to like it. There are several Barbers Lou, Naz, Ivan, Henry and Joe, all good Barbers ours was Naz, he did such a great Job that my husband has a man crush. Every hair cut is finished off with a free neck shave. Great place. I’ve been coming here for many years and one of the reasons is GREAT haircuts and fantastic service. My barber Naz does does a fantastic job on my hard to manage hair. This is a honest hard working barber shop come in ask for Naz. The best of the best.

I started coming here three years ago and switched from Fantastic Sams which is not even comparable to Clip Joint. Let me to tell you why I come here from A-​Z. First off, the name just hooks you in and the location is prime. The barbers there know exactly what you are looking for; and Naz has been a lifesaver when it comes to hair. I can talk about anything with them and they always have a good topic to talk about in the current world. Also, with great new remodeling and fixing up, the place looks like an classic barber shop. I look so forward to coming here to look fresh. I am so happy I found this barber shop and I will be coming here for many many years to come. What a great find! Hands down the best barber shop in the San Pedro.

I got a simple fast no nonsense fade from Naz the other day. I have been doing my own hair for 6 years with a #1 clipper, but I have an important wedding to go to so I wanted a pro. There are plenty of good write ups on this shop so I’ll stick to my favorite points.
First. Price. 16 bucks was a great deal for a haircut. he used a real razor on my neck which was a nice touch. For a couple more bucks they can even give you a shave.
Second. The previous customer and Naz were having a heated but friendly conversation about politics. This was entertaining and made waiting a couple minutes pretty enjoyable. Then when it was my turn we just shot the breeze about other things… I mention this just to say that Naz is going to adapt to whatever the customer wants, he’s a pro.

This place must be doing something right, they have been in business for over 45 years in the same location and Owner.
I come here to get my ears lowered and lined up every month. As you walk into «Clip Joint Barber Shop» you immediately like the Old School — Vintage look it’s inviting and comfortable to be at. These Barbers pay attention to every little detail of your hair cut and to finish off your hair cut, you get a free neck shave.
Clip joint Barber Shop is the last one of the good old Fashion Barber Shops in San Pedro. It’s an awesome place to get your hair cut. Yes, highly recommend these Barbers.

Let’s start this off with a brief history lesson…
I came here for years when Henry and Burt were the only two in there. (Sorry for the rest home reference but it was Harbor Village Barbers back then). What I remember most was that it was always a class shop and I never got the short end of the shears if you know what I mean… Great shop with super, super cool guys taking care of you. Just like it should be. Totally relaxed atmosphere. The «Cheers» of barbershops so to speak. But, somehow, I strayed and it was mostly because my sister-​in-​law would cut my hair, (professional hair dresser), and she was right across the alley from the pad…
Fast forward to 2015. Now I’m a realist, old enough to get the seniors deals /​meals at your local Denny’s restaurant and I’ll be the first to admit, I’m definitely no Brad Pitt /​George Clooney, so I need all the help I can get. So, a great cut is just a piece of the 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle that I am. My most recent hair stylist, (Rick), is here and I decided to follow him over here. Rick always, (and I mean ALWAYS), does a fine job…
So I took a stroll down memory lane today and dropped in for a cut. What a refreshing flashback. Same super chill shop, (with some slight interior decorating mod’s), same vibe and guess what? Same great work. Got to see my regular guy Rick too… Believe it or not… I pay attention to detail and the the cuts, shop cleanliness, (along with shop interaction with customers), is top freakin’ notch!!!
A great selection of men’s hair care products available if need be, TV to enjoy during your wait, (IF you have one), and same great prices. Just like I remember it!!!
I’ll try to plan my next visit when Henry is in just to further reminisce, cuz I ain’t as young as I used to be. But this shop can help me feel young again…

Naz is such a great person and Barber, I really like this guy. Always welcoming, great conversation never a dull moment in this shop been here many times, finally a review long over due. Also the other barbers are great every time I’ve been here each customer leaves very satisfied!
