This place makes taxes easy. You are greeted, offered refreshments, & fill out a simple form. I’ve been coming here for years & no problems. I get my return directly deposited within a few days. They make taxes easy.

I needed my taxes done but didn’t have a lot of money to spend on getting it done. I started calling another well-​known national chain, but the phone was never answered. Then I remembered that I had seen a person dressed in a Statue of Liberty costume on Pinole Valley Road. Sure enough, they were called Liberty Taxes. I called and left a message and my call was returned quickly by Sally Hawkins. She was a class act. She knew her stuff, had a sweet and calming demeanor, and delivered my return PROMPTLY on the date she had promised. She also gave me a very fair price. She even let me bring my little dog into her office.
I HIGHLY recommend this lady.
