Specialties
Jen’s yoga practice explores power vinyasa yoga, with a focus on cultivating strength, alignment, and flexibility. Set to music, these series of movements are linked together with the breath through the power of inhalation and exhalation. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. After a session with Jen, expect to feel centered, refreshed and rejuvenated for your day ahead!
As a certified yoga instructor, Jen teaches group classes and private yoga in the Bay Area specializing in injury recovery and chronic pain relief. Her yoga training includes power yoga, hot yoga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and prenatal.

Business Owner
Jen discovered yoga in 2005 and continues to expand her philosophical, meditation, and asana practice. From an athletic background, she played on the UC Davis women’s rugby team while earning a BS in Managerial Economics. While playing rugby, she sustained a knee injury which prevented her from running. After college, she started working as a marketing analyst, where she developed chronic wrist pain and debilitation from typing. Among the many approaches she tried to heal her pain and debilitation, yoga made the greatest impact in her recovery.
