Specialties

Our San Mateo criminal defense lawyer assists those charged with DUI, drug crimes, sex offenses, white collar crime, domestic violence and juvenile crimes. Smith has practiced law in California for more than 25 years with an exclusive focus on criminal cases.

History

Established in 1998.

While we can make no guarantees of a particular result in your case, our firm has been successful in the past at convincing judges and juries about our clients’ intentions and their innocence.

When standing before a judge, the assistance of a well-respected, credible and experienced attorney could well mean the difference between leniency and the harshest possible legal consequences. Mr. Smith is well-known for his honesty, effectiveness, preparation and candor.

Our firm offers a free initial consultation and handles cases on a fixed-fee basis. Unlike firms that bill by the hour, we tell our clients upfront what our services are going to cost, and they do not have to worry about being billed for calling us with their questions and concerns.

If you are facing serious criminal charges, contact a firm with strong roots in the San Mateo community. We accept credit cards, are available outside of regular business hours, and regularly visit our clients who are in jail.
