Super friendly staff and always gets my order right. I can almost always find parking. Just remember to allow extra time on Fridays as that does seem to be a busy day for them.

Great customer service! Came here around 7pm on the 13^th and was instantly greeted. I already knew what I wanted to purchase and the barista knew how to find the item for me. Fast and efficient.

In my opinion this is one of the nicest Starbucks around. If I don’t have time to make my morning coffee, this is my go to spot to grab a venti ice coffee to keep me powered up through the day for sure!

LAZY PEOPLE. Went to Starbucks to order my Clover drink. Barista said the close down clover 15 mins before store closes. OK… Never heard that before… I looked at my phone and its 6:41PM. I said its only 6:41. Barista said… Oh 20 mins. Serious? Lazy Barista. BTW there’s no other customers in line. They’re not making drinks. The Barista was just standing in front of register.

Came in to do some work this morning. Ordered an oatmeal and a grande drip. The girl taking my order even clarified with me if I wanted an oatmeal cookie or oatmeal with toppings. Got my coffee and never got my oatmeal. Granted, it was busy. But complete the current order before you take the next person, please. I waited until the line died down to ask about my oatmeal to which the girl looked at me puzzled as if I was trying to get a freebie. The guy working behind her got it right away– hence, the extra star. It might be petty to gripe about the $ 5.05 total charge, but I paid for both items. It’s the principle!

This Starbucks has always been friendly, clean, and quick with my orders. They have supplied great customer service and will remember your name and drink before you get there, if you become a regular. Over all it’s a great Starbucks and I recommend people come.

It’s like the Cheers of Starbucks, where everybody knows your name. I love walking in every morning to a friendly staff that knows my drink and spells my name right. I’m kind of a coffee snob and the coffee at this location tastes consistently good.
I do wish they were open later in the evening.

This Starbucks is in a great location for us since we live in the apartments next door. However, parking is terrible if you don’t live nearby.
Service is inconsistent, most of the time the baristas get our order right and its up to standards. However, there are times when our order isn’t up to our standards but I’m not an a-​hole to have the baristas make the order again so I just thank you and leave.

I have yet to see a Starbucks that’s better managed and run than this one. From the way they greet you, to how they make your drink, and even how they offer you a straw, stopper, or tray when they hand you your drink, they provide the best customer experience possible. Corporate ought to take a page from this Starbucks and use it as a blueprint for other stores.

I like this Starbucks but it doesn’t stay open as late as other locations. Other than that… this place is perfect! The baristas are always friendly and the drinks come out fast. Seating is always available as well!

A quaint Starbucks in a quaint area.
Was in the area for work and needed a 2pm pick-​me-​up and chanced upon this very fine establishment that is Starbucks. The customer service really stood out to me here, as they were very friendly and happy and treated me as if I was a regular. They got my order to me quick… they seemed to know I was in a hurry to get out and back to work :)
Parking is pretty easy… there are a ton of spots on the street and the place never seemed to get overly crowded.

I’m a true believer that a great staff and clean/​welcoming environment sells. I am a Starbucks addict and this by far is my «go to» place. Not only for their FAST service and high attention to detail, but I can’t rave about their staff enough!
I work from home (just a few minutes away) so I frequently go to this Starbucks to work. The staff makes a point to remember your drinks and jokes with you when you make a switch on them. They make you feel so welcomed and make it a point to go above and beyond their duties to make their guest happy. Many times as I sat and worked have they stoped by to see how I’m doing. Great, amazing service. You can see how they not only do it for me but with many others who come in. Impressive for a chain company and a Starbucks in the area!
Yes, parking is rough, and mornings with FT being across the street can mean long waits but if your looking for top notch service, it’s worth it all!
So park far, burn some calories before you splurge on that pumpkin spice latte, and receive the best service!

If the Swiss owned and operated a Starbucks, this is it.
Very efficient, line moves quickly and orderly and no stress.
How many times have you gone to Starbucks, ordered your coffee and a heated breakfast sandwich and be all stressed out because while your sandwich is being prepared/​heated you have to stand at the other end of the store to wait for your non-​fat latte.
«Are they going to give me sandwich to the wrong person?»
«is it ready yet?»
«Are they even making it?»
«Oh, there’s my latte, but uh where in the Hell is my sandwich!?»
None of that happens here. They actually write your name down on your sandwich order (by the way, the ham and cheese croissant is WOWZA AWESOME!” and personally hand it to you (by name) and then thank you for coming in.
And one more tidbit of information. I am not sure how they do it, but this location never seems to run out of food items.
