Seniore’s Pizza

Very good pizza ! Served hot and delicious with a nice variety. Price is fair for what you get as the quality is better than some of the larger chains.

Was skeptical at first but, I loved the pizza. Thick fluffy good tasting crust with tasty toppings. The salad was fresh and crisp as well. Nice people working there too. Yummers

Holllaaaaaaa. This place rivals Taraval circa 2010. awesome pizza and confident staff means it’s gonna hit your taste buds hard. Quality pizza that a Chicagoan once said, «damn, this is good!»

I ordered through Eat24 & they delivered faster than the average pizza place delivery time so that is a great plus. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, Jalapeño poppers & deep fried oreos. They all came to me very fresh & not soggy. The philly cheesesteak meat could be more seasoned & maybe just add some more flavor to it, other than that it was great. The Jalapeño poppers were amazing. Right amount of cheese & Jalapeño wasnt over powering. The deep fried oreos are the star players. I highly recommend everyone to get a order of those when ordering from Seniores.

Ordered from Eat24 — arrived with good customer service. Price is reasonable. Food was good. My son loved the burger, I enjoyed my cheesesteak and my daughter loved the minestrone soup. Fries were crispy. Everything was hot. I would definitely order again.

And that’s how we ended up here on a beautiful sunny day. The inside is small. Only 1 big table and 4 small tables. Walk straight and you’ll find a gentlemen sitting in front of a computer with a broad menu behind him. Boyfriend and I ordered their small 12″ Meat Lover’s pizza and calamari. We also grabbed some Snapples.
Waited about 15 – 20 minutes for our hot fresh pizza right out of the oven. The nice gentlemen who brought us the pizza also gave us some paper plates because he saw we were sharing. The small was definitely enough for two people (8 slices).
Interestingly, their calamari here is amazing! It’s probably my favorite from all the places I’ve tried. Their pieces are huge and lightly battered. I’d come back here just for these bad boys alone. But their pizza is pretty darn good so I’d most likely want some of that too.

They do have bad customer service I’ve ever seen, if there is zero star they deserve it, I’m unsatisfied

Two slice lunch special is great deal u can pick up to different topping per slice with a soda for 8 $, service is good usually fast service too my favorite slice will be the chicken pesto or spinach mushrooms they have WiFi TV and easy parking

Got a large San Mateo special. Pretty good, nothing amazing but definitely not bad, would have again.

I wrote a review of Seniore’s a year and a half ago, and I stick by it. But recently I wrote one for Amici’s, and I couldn’t help but compare it to Seniore’s — so I’m posting it here too:
Amici’s pizza sucks. I give it another try every couple of years, and every time I do I’m shocked that people like it so much. Their claim of «Best pizza west of New York» couldn’t be further from the truth, especially considering that New Jersey is just west of New York. New Jersey happens to have some of the best pizza in the world in my opinion.
Amici’s crust is thin, dry, tasteless, and by design is burnt on the bottom. The sauce is mealy and lacks flavor. The cheese is scant and also lacking flavor. I mean really… What the hell do people like about Amici’s pizza?
You want great, east coast style pizza? Go to Seniore’s on El Camino in San Mateo. It is literally as good as pizza can get! The crust is substantial: golden brown on the outside, fluffy and steamy on the inside. The sauce is zesty, tomatoey and irresistible (I recommend always asking for extra sauce!). The mozzarella is generous and absolutely delicious. Seniore’s is exactly what great, traditional, delicious, satisfying pizza should be!
Oh, an additional plus: Seniore’s is about half the price of Amici’s.

I ordered two pasta dishes for delivery. The food was just ok, and the delivery driver was rude and curt. Portions were HUGE and came with a giant slice of bread. I probably won’t order from here again.

Amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing pizza! My waistline hates it, but I come here almost once a week! My go-​to is a plain Cheese Slice and a Seniore’s Slice. Both are AMAZING. The Chicken Pesto Slice is also great. The crust is thick and soft and they don’t skimp on the amount of cheese and toppings they put on these magnificent creations. Extra cheese on the slice: prices are also very reasonable! Thank you Seniore’s for bringing pizza happiness into my life so often!

Not too many places sell by the slice that I like, so Seniores is definitely the plug for that. The staff is so friendly & the service is always great too!
The quality of the pizza is delicious! Portions are HUGE, literally the slices of pizza are bigger than my head and I have a pretty big head too lol. Super cheap and you and your tummy will leave happy and full :)
*Note:I wasn’t too happy about the chicken strips. I felt that the breading was too heavy so I barely tasted any chicken, BUT I will definitely try another appetizer instead. They have a lot to choose from!
My faves are the Pesto & chicken, San Mateo, Greek salad, and Hawaiian.

Wanted to try this place from a long time. Went on a weekday 10:30pm for a pickup of olive/​bell pepper large pizza. Parking at this time of the night was very easy to find on street. There was a special for the two topping, $ 1 more than normal large cheese pizza. Pizza was ok and I have learnt that everybody has there own preference on pizza unless it’s horrible. So, I don’t hate the pizza but its not my favorite either. The size is good, crust thickness is good and definitely better than the normal pizza hut. But for some reason I did not get the wow factor that hooks me on a pizza. I will probably try again some other speciality pizza. People/​Service was good. Location has some number of tables for dine in.

I walked in here the other because I work on b st and was on break. The workers were more then friendly and helpful. The guy at the counter knew I was a first timer, so he helped me pick something out. I ended up choosing the spaghetti with meat sauce… Woooow so much flavor. The meat was fresh and the service was spectacular.
I will definitely be coming back. There known for their great pizza, but man is their pastas delicious too.

Alright let me preface this by saying… I LOVE PIZZA. LOVE honey I mean its all my favorite items, bread, cheese, and yummy toppings. Especially since I don’t really care to eat a lot of meat. NOW… let me give you the skinny on Seniore’s…
we got there because of the Unilocal rating. The tables aren’t the cleanest, the seating is kind of awkward but the portions are huge and very tasty. We had a the Greek salad, garlic bread, a large veggie and a large beef pepperoni and it was off the hook delicious. We were a party of 3 hungry teenagers and 2 adults and we had food left over. Oh I should mention these teenagers eat like football players (no exaggeration, its actually amazing to witness in person). The food was fresh, hot, tasty, and the guys who work there are laid back and cool you wont be disappointed, we sure as hell weren’t. Most definitely going to come back again!

Excellent pie here. Never had a bad pie. Open late. Friendly bunch that work here. No one is ever rushing you to eat or order. They have the biggest pizza so you can share with friends and family. Specials are always a plus so check them out before you order

Close to school this place is a quick fix for lunch when I forget to bring lunch. I like their sf location Greek pizza but this area isn’t too bad. Love the mural on the wall of sf. makes me feel at home (**)

I like to keep my orders simple when it comes to Seniores. Their Specials aren’t yummy to me, but I totes love the simple pepperoni or pepperoni + artichoke hearts pizza toppings mmm. As a note, I’d avoid their sausage. Its as bad as round tables.

Sauces for .50 $: bleu cheese, BBQ, seniores

Coming from Half Moon bay beach, my best friend and I were starving, so we decided to hit up this place. A lot of my SF/​Daly City/​San Bruno friends always talk about Seniore’s since it’s a chain, and I finally got to try it.
Street parking was very easy to find. Once we walked in, we were greeted by the guys who work there.
I ordered a slice of chicken pesto. With tax, it came out to be ~$ 3.80. I had $ 3.50 so I asked my best friend if she had change, but she already put it in the tip jar. I started to reach for a twenty dollar bill but the cashier said it was fine. So kind of him!
My best friend got the 2 slice, 2 topping, 1 drink deal, which came out to be ~$ 6.50, which is a pretty good deal. It wasn’t until after we ordered that we realized we should’ve just split the deal among the two of us… Oh well!
So the guy brought out two plates, one with two slices and another with one slice. Then he said, «Wait one more coming». He brought out this humongous slice. I’m guessing cause my best friend’s slices were a bit tiny, so they gave us another! How awesome :)
Sprinkle (or rather dump) pepper flakes, cheese, and garlic powder on those slices, mm mm mm! We absolutely loved their crust. It was so perfectly baked, crunchy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside.
We left very satisfied; thanks for the great service!
