Scott Rehn was born and raised on the coast of California. Working for a general contractor for 5 years but being my own boss was my goal. Soon after departing from the construction business, Scotts Demolition was formed. Being a demolition contractor for over 25 years, we have been recongnized as being one of the top companies.

Once again, we had a project that required a professional to do the job. Having hired Scott’s Demolition before, there was no hesitation in calling them again to do the deconstruction phase of the project. Scott remembered us and was more than happy to come and look at our project.
He gave us some great ideas on how to attack the project and even recommended a local contractor to look at our project.
Andres and the guys were great! They arrived on time, were well prepared, finished ahead of schedule, and did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards.
We will continue to recommend Scott’s Demolition and should another project arise, they will be the first call we make.

We’ve called several demolition contractors and was given not only outrageous prices, but lots of run around. Scott gave us the most reasonable price in such a timely fashion. This is definitely the place for practicality and excellent service. Scott and his crew served our home professionally and listened as to how to serve our needs. Straightforward answers along with several suggestions in accordance to our discretion. The service and work was completed accurately and in a timely manner… delivering in excellence. We also took notice and admire Scott’s boldness to display his love for Jesus by putting the Christian emblems on all his trucks. He thrives on family values and tries to incorporate them within the company. KEEP IT UP Scott! I would definitely endorse this company over and over again… GREAT JOB FELLAS!!!

Scott’s crew was hired to deconstruct and remove our large backyard deck. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything beautifully. Fair price, good crew, terrific outcome. Much of the redwood could be reused, and they donate space in their yard for Habitat for Humanity to keep reusable lumber and other items. My husband and I would highly recommend this company.

Scott showed up 45 minutes late to the appointment. He took his time to look at the project and answered all of my questions. It seemed like a good company and Scott is a nice guy. They promised to give me a quote, but then never followed up.

Al from Scott Demolition rocks! Their bid (I had 6) was very reasonable both for demo and deconstruction and everything went very smoothly. His team deconstructed our house on time, without much disturbance to the neighborhood and with no glinch. Together with Green Earth Appraisers they handled the donation of the materials for us from beginning to the end (for a very reasonable fee in comparison to other donation services) and we received a much larger than expected total donation value.
I would highly recommend Scott, Al and the team. Our builder was very impressed as well. I highly recommend these guys.

Scott’s Demo just finished a Pool demo project at our house. They did a great job for a fair price. I had several bids and his is in the middle. He has done pool demo for many years and knows all the details about what need to do to give us the ground that we can build a patio on. His team was on time, dedicated and finished on time.
It is also the first time I heard about recycle/​reuse demolition where his team was able to preserve the redwood frame in our backyard and donate them to the charity, instead of smashing everything into trash. We got tax credit back and someone is using the redwood. What a great idea.

Great Service with the best prices. Scott offers Deconstruction, Demolition, and Excavation services. I meet Scott at one of his job sites and he was a down to earth business man. I used Scott on a concrete job and every since we’ve done about 20 – 30 jobs together.
