I have always been going into this good year whenever I need to get my tires changed or have oil changes to my car.
I always get quality service at good prices. I thought there was something wrong with my transmission that would be very costly. It turned out just to be a bad spark plug and was much cheaper than I thought it would be. I would recommend them to any of my friends in the area.

Found this place when I rented a Uhaul. Didn’t know they did service too. My friend got an oil change done while we have the Uhaul for a move.
It is literally down the street from my office so I thought I would give them a try for service since it was so convenient. Never again.
My 30K was coming up. The dealership wanted nearly $ 500 for it. While we were there for the Uhaul the guy had looked it up and said it is mainly just checks so could do it for $ 50. When I called up it was now $ 120. I said you had quoted a lower price. So they reduced it to $ 99.
Service went fine, then they told me my brakes and rotors needed replacing on my back brakes. The car wasn’t even quite at 30K. Thought that it really was too early for brakes. The mechanic got all upset at me since I said I would think about it, instead of dropping the cash on the table for replacing the brakes instantly like he wanted me to. I maybe female and not a mechanic but I know my car, I know the brakes were working perfectly, no sound, no nothing. My gut said he was wrong.
Took the car purposely to dealer (a new one… with better prices) for oil change. Did not mention brakes. Casually asked about them after service. They said the back ones are low but still good for another 7−8K. The guys at Goodyear tried to rip me off 10K on my brakes! Plus checked with several people… the rotors definitely are still good.
Oh and at dealer come to find out that the coolant and transmission fluid were cloudy. Means that Goodyear probably didn’t check them at all, else they would have been happy to charge me for the fluid change.
A friend from work does take his vehicles here for oil changes. Doesn’t trust them with anything else though. Oh and be aware that the price changes depending on the temperature of the day, the mood of the manager and how the wing is blowing. Oil change can be anywhere from $ 20 to $ 35 with or without tire rotation included… that all depends on the alignment of the stars!

What ever you do, do NOT come here for tires or in fact anything else they might want to rip you off on. My husband and I came here for a set of new front tires. Being new to the area, we figured we would check out Goodyear because of its reputable name. We were WRONG.
So my brand new tires, after a month of normal driving had a bulge in them. At any other store, they would have replace them with out charge since there was no obvious sign of impact so the tires were just faulty. The same guy we talked to before refused and said there was obvious sign of impact, so we took our business elsewhere because we knew he was full of BS. Even the guys at Big O told us, man those are bum tires and there was no sign of impact.
On top of that, this place has rip off prices for crappy quality tires. Go anywhere else and I think you will get a better price. And they are the sleezy types that want to squeeze every penny out of you by asking if you want to do this or suggesting you do that. Don’t believe them. They are liars. Its a clear sign a shop is no good when they are DEAD empty with no work on a Saturday afternoon. We went to Big O and they were packed and gave us a great price and didn’t try to milk us to buy every thing else.
Don’t go here. These guys are jerks and liars. Hopefully they will go out of business so no one else gets taken like we did.
