I came to Peter Pan BMW to purchase a 428i Convertible. Rob Taylor helped me find one that was coming into port in Oxnard in the color I wanted — hoping we caught it in time to have it diverted to Peter Pan BMW. The next morning I got a call from him that there was one on the lot. I immediately drove up and closed the deal. Rob is great. Being a woman, I hate it when sales guys talk down to me and are condescending. I never got that with Rob — he was respectful, courteous and happy to educate me on options that I was not familiar with, without talking down to me. He managed my time well — I was in/​out in a couple of hours. Friendly, smart and respectful. I would work with Rob Taylor again, in a heartbeat.

Do not go to this guy Victor Hung by all chance, first when I bought my car, he was telling me all the wrong information about the new model, we didn’t find out until our car is already built and ready for us to drive off in the store, he offered to get us the options we wanted but we already sold our old car and build another car with the options we want will take about two weeks, what are we supposed to do with those two weeks? To apologize, I asked him for free car mats and he agrees, when the mats came, he wanted to make sure I gave him good review in the survey before letting me have the mats. He had the guts to ask me for good reviews. Then now my lease is over and I’m planning to buy the car, again, he’s telling wrong information about the pay off, he said I have to send a cashier check and not a regular check, which I m not comfortable with by sending a cashier check over mail, what if it gets lost in the mail, he said that’s the only way. Then I called BMW and found out I could send a regular check. I wish I could avoid all the frustration from the buying experience from him, on top of that, we definitely over paid for the car. Just go to someone else if u have to buy a car from this store.

Saw an ad for a used car that fit my budget and situation perfectly and I spoke to Victor Hung who gave me an even better deal than I could’ve imagined. The process was relatively quick and Victor was fun to work with. I did not feel like I was being tricked or taken advantage of at all.

I came here when it was time to upgrade my car. I’ve always wanted a BMW since I was a kid so I took the plunge. My experience started when I came on the lot simply to look at vehicles. Henry Sipor was the first person we came in contact with and he was super nice and not pushy AT ALL. I told him my situation and began to show me some cars. Once I began to see the cars I was interested in her opened the doors and let me have some time with them by myself so I was comfortable. When it was time to test drive it was no problem, he let me take whatever I was interested in. At no time did he try to push a more expensive car on me. Even after the test drive when I said I’d go home to think it was no big deal. He simply said come when you’re ready. After a couple days I was ready. The second day I returned he let me drive again and got me a great deal on the car. GREAT DEAL. Shak in the financials department was excellent and funny as well. After all the paper work was done, Henry took the time to show me all the functions of the car before I drove off the lot. Here’s a huge plus… I bought my previous car from a previous dealership and they sent me off with a empty tank of gas. That’s always sat bad with me and I remember that to this day. Not with Henry and BMW. I had a FULL tank of gas and a fully detailed car and I was ready to go. Henry even helped me get good value for my trade in.FAST.

I just purchased a 328i from salesperson Adam Locke and he did an excellent job. He was helpful from the moment i met him throughout the entire sales process. My car was delayed due to a shipping issue from Germany and he handled it and guaranteed that i would not be out of pocket any money if i had to go over my leasing term. Thank you Peter Pan BMW.

I don’t like being taken advantage of, but that’s how I felt after speaking to Gus in Peter Pan’s service department today. My rear differential is leaking so I called to see if it was covered under extended warranty. Rather than just giving a straight answer, Gus seemed more interested with getting me into the shop for a $ 195 diagnostic instead.
Who the hell runs a $ 195 system diag when it takes 10 seconds to throw the car on a lift and visually confirm, «Yup, the differential is leaking.» What a racket. It really makes me wonder how many people that don’t know any better have shelled out $ 195 for bogus diagnostics they didn’t need.
I called Mountain View as soon as I hung up and Brandon in their service department confirmed exactly what I thought:
— Yes, the differential is covered under warranty and…
— No, they don’t charge $ 195 diagnostic fees to check a differential.
You guys need to check your service advisors and get your priorities straight because they clearly aren’t acting in the customer’s best interests.

Simply the best car buying experience I have ever had! Peter Galanakis is wonderful, considerate, professional and took the time to help me find the exact car I was looking for. Christina in Finance and Joey the Genius were also extremely professional, considerate and made the overall experience fun:] I would highly recommend buying a car here!

Unfortunately your statement claiming there was no way to foresee my mechanical failures is a lie. ALL of the problems that have plagued the car you sold me are KNOWN problems with the car. You knew about all of them when you sold me the car.
Furthermore, I have already spoken with your service director. He refused to do an inspection on my car when I requested it years ago. So did your sales department. This inspection would have alleviated many of the problems that followed. However, your team never had any desire to help me to begin with.
You people are truly the worst.

I purchased a Certified Pre-​Owned 2007 328i sedan from Peter Pan BMW in 2011. Within 48 Hours, the car broke down on the side of the freeway because the onboard computer failed.
This was the start of my nightmare. The onboard computer wasn’t the only faulty, failing part in my Certified Pre-​Owned BMW. The next thing to fail was the belt tensioner. Then the Ignition Coil failed. Then a cylinder head failed. Then the Solenoid Valve failed. Then the fuel pump failed. Then the battery wiring failed. Then the starter failed. That’s 8 mechanical in less than 2 years. Again, these problems started within 48 hours of purchasing the vehicle.
When I have asked Peter Pan BMW to look over my car to identify any other failing parts, the service manager Bob flat out refused to do anything other than perform «the same visual inspection we would provide for any customer». The bald-​headed sales manager explained to me that my experience is typical for a used BMW customer.
It is obvious to me that Peter Pan BMW has no certification process for their so-​called Certified Pre-​Owned vehicles, and I’m not the first person to come to this conclusion. I would recommend avoiding this dealership when it comes time to invest in a new BMW.

Coming back to Peter Pan for buyung my new bmw after visiting couple of other dealers in the area. Service and care is definitely worths to buy a car from them. Thanks to Mr. Henry Sipor for his professionalism and help.

Came here, talked to Eugene Masalitin, and that was the best experience to lease a new car. He laid out all the options, brought all the cars for out test drive, all we had to do is point at what we want and voila!!! 1 hour later, our old BMW is taken care off, we are rolling in the new one.

I had dealt with 3 other dealerships and was not willing to accept their terrible, one sided lease offers with my exceptional credit, employment and finances. I hadn’t considered Peter Pan, living all the way in Morgan Hill, but I received a reference to Eugene through a friend and sent him an email.
The next day I had a deal in front of me that made sense. Eugene went out of his way to get a car delivered from another dealership and he also informed me about a discount available through my employer.
I met with him a few days later and drove off in under 2 hours. Love the car, appreciated Eugene’s customer service, was surprised at the non-​pressure environment (though I was already sold), and was even really happy dealing with Johnny? for getting through all that paperwork real fast and easy.
Really pleased and have already referred a friend over to Eugene. Great dealership and will be back next year to get my wife a lease on an SUV.

Picked up my very first BMW here — a 2016 Mineral White Metallic M235i w/​Coral Red interior. Little something about me, I do my research. I shopped around every BMW dealership around the Bay Area and finally found a salesman who isn’t trying to upsell me and also treat me like a respected, valued customer.
Ray Manas is the guy you should work with. He’s as honest as they get, and he dealt with every annoying question I had with patience. We went down every possible avenue and option available and we finally settled on one. I’ve went from BMW dealers from Concord to Fremont to SF and i’m happy I ended up at Peter Pan. Not only did they have the exact configuration I wanted, but they ALSO beat every other dealer’s price! I’m excited to be back in a few years to upgrade to a true M car. :)

Totally a late review but life has been nuts! You know you’re happy with your car and customer service if you’ve been thinking about reviewing them for over a year haha.
My husband and I purchased an X1 BMW through Peter Pan because, come on… who doesn’t want a Beemer? lol Of course that was the biggest selling point. Robert McCuskey was the sales man on the floor when we came for our first test drive. He was totally chill, not pushy, no expectations. Robert truly just want us to enjoy ourselves and see what we thought. I LOVED that. Probably the only time I haven’t felt pushed or like i was being judged before my test drive. After that we test drove other cars and went to BMW SF (didn’t like it at all) We stayed in contact with Robert the whole time because he was so informative and flexible.
In the end we told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. He got us the best car for our money and met all our needs with the look, performance, features. We are thrilled. As our family continues to grow we will defiantly come back for a larger car… for now we are so happy and wooed with the customer service.

Each time my friends and I come, we end up leaving in a BMW! The staff here makes you feel like family. I feel like Daniel is like my personal attorney, but for cars. He usually sits us down and ask questions before providing his best recommendation. Usually, as car buyers, we give try to lower the prices and he is very cooperative with us every time. He provides other recommendations that will work with our price range and give us as much time as we need to decide.

I have been looking for a car for the about three weeks. My search came down to BMW and Mercedes.
I was assisted by Eugene Masalitin. I told Eugene immediately that I was not interested in buying a car and that I wanted to lease. I had a budget in mind. Eugene showed me many different options and answered all my questions. After talking to him for roughly an hour and a test drive later. I finally decided on a car. I went with a 328 GT. Eugene did not pressure me or use any typical sales strategies to get me to sign. He was simply a good guy that truly cared about what I wanted.
I would highly recommend Eugene Masalitin to any of my friends that are interested in buying or leasing a BMW! Also thanks to Johnny Chan in finance for making signing the papers a breeze!

Today I was trying to get my license plate installed for my new BMW car. I was trying to get to their service department but apparently I went to the sales department by mistake. Their rep is the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. After knowing that my car wasn’t purchased through them (I was told by BMW that any BMW dealer should be able to help me install the license plate), their attitude turned 180 degree and drove me away like a dog. He was like «I have explained to you once, I am not going to go over it twice.» and turned and left me outside the door.
I feel sort of lucky that I didn’t but my car through them. I felt that the rep here cares about their commission more than anything. They won’t waste time even talking to you if you are not helping them get their commission. That basically means you really can’t get a good deal from them. Avoid.

Came in looking for a sports car, since all my friends are getting new cars lately, and set my eyes upon the new BMW i8.
Asking price was around $ 144,000 give or take the custom additions.
It’s really hard to get help here, you can basically walk around and not be seen or heard which is odd for a dealership.
They had a used black one that the owner just drove for 9 months and returned that I thought might have been a good option.
Usually they keep these vehicles locked but when a sales man Ray walked over, he was approachable and cool.
He told me his thoughts on the car, and we chatted for a bit.
I was telling him it’s really not the price of the car that I worry about. It’s the insurance, and leaving it on city streets when I’m dining at restaurants. Nothing like someone nicking or denting it to ruin the value.
That’s what happened to my current sports car.
I really liked how the i8 is a hybrid so that it’s a sport car that also saves gas. I also really like the doors that open upwards.
He was really cool to talk to, and I was thinking of buying it, but everything has to be run by the sales manager who was less than friendly when it came to negotiating or answering any questions I may have.
The sales manager really didn’t want to budge on the price, since he said they were in high demand. He also left without answering my questions or giving me more of his time. The sales manager just says business is great and if I don’t want to buy it someone else will.
Fine, okay.
You don’t want to wheel and deal, that’s fine.
Ray was cool, but the others here didn’t seem as friendly.

What about Bob?
He’s awesome. He made leasing my new BMW X1 pain free and fun. I enjoyed the process with everyone in the dealership. Now I can just enjoy the ultimate driving machine! Time for a road trip!
