I started my sales adventure 14 years ago at 20 years old in the Real Estate Industry and I sold real estate for 7 years until the market crashed in 2006 and I decided that I should find a profession that is more «stable.» Some say it’s a numbers game, I say it’s a relationship game.

I went on in the Economy’s down years to run a business where I coached, trained and inspired a staff of 12 through some rough years.

I found a crooked path into recruiting, which I never thought I would do, but ended up so perfect, it just reinforced my faith in the process. my purpose: to bring together the connections that make individuals and organizations better than they were before. I really take pride in providing career coaching to my candidates and strategy consulting to my clients. I make placements that serve both parties and and bring them to a higher level of success than they would have achieved in each other’s absence.
