Specialties
I work with children, adolescents and adults, offering individual, family and couples counseling. I come from a person-centered perspective, working with whatever the client brings into the therapy session. I offer a safe, confidential and respectful space for my clients, allowing them to express their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I help my clients identify the triggers for their difficulties, and help them identify coping strategies to help improve their lives. I also use a strength-based approach, helping clients identify what is working well for them and building on those strengths. With children I use play and expressive art therapy to encourage them to talk about their thoughts and feelings.
