As part of the Metabolic Typing® diet Let It Heal Now uses a computer-​analyzed test to evaluate person’s metabolic individuality. This method has been developed over 35 years of scientific research and has proven time and time again that the body has a genetic requirements to particular food types. Once the individuals follow a personalized diet that has been designed for their Metabolic Type®, they will lose weight, perform better, banish cravings, experience exceptional energy levels, have mental clarity and many other improved functions that we take for granted.

Pain Relief Techniques

Liza uses Bowenwork and other soft tissue relaxation techniques that restore the body’s

innate ability to heal itself. It is performed by doing short gentle moves over specific

points on muscles and tendons, in a specific order, and then followed by mandatory

delays to allow the body to process the information it is receiving. It is used to

relieve stress, acute and chronic pain, inflammation.

Liza’s great passion in life is assisting others to look, feel and live healthier and to embrace the many wonderful benefits of mental and physical well-​being. She believes that everyone can look radiant, feel great and have more energy by incorporating healthy, great tasting food and moderate, enjoyable exercise into their busy lives. She strongly believes that our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, if given the optimal conditions for doing so. This isn’t always easy to do, so she is here to help.

Being born and raised in Lithuania in a family of scientists, Liza has always found anything to do with science fascinating from a very young age. Liza has a Master’s Degree in Chemical Technology, but her passion for people pushed her towards alternative therapies.

Liza assesses, corrects, and syncs the whole body, eliminates PAIN and dysfunction.
