I am a commercial real estate borker who recently relocated out of California and have managed a rental property I own own for over ten years. Buying a house is a huge commitment especially in the bay area and most of us don’t know a lot of things about property. Choosing the right agent who is honest, patient, knowledgeable and truthful is the key to prevent a costly mistake. I went with Jon who started as my agent and I ended up with a friend. He gave me honest advice and most importantly was very patient with my demands (my schedule is very difficult to work with). After I closed my property, he continued to help me by sharing his experience and network for contractors, plumbers, electricians and so on.
I highly recommend this guy and would definitely use him again for my next investment. If you are thinking of buying a property or leasing a commercial space, do not hesitate to contact him today.
