As a first time home buyer, I was very impressed with how easy and painless Jake and Jerry made the home purchasing process. As a military member who was attempting to purchase a home with the VA loan in the Bay Area, I thought my chances were slim. Girouard properties is a relatively small real estate agency in San Mateo that also manages properties. I can’t speak for the other agents in the office but Jerry Girouard is a veteran Realtor who is honest and an excellent negotiator. Jerry reminds me of the Gerry Spence, the famous cowboy lawyer. He not only resembles Gerry Spence but like Spence, Girouard knows his profession and is very good at it. If you are looking to hire a Realtor interview Jerry Girouard and I doubt you will not come away with a very good impression of Realtors in general.
