Specialties
Galine, Frye & Fitting has been serving the Peninsula for over 30 years fighting to obtain fair compensation for our injured clients. Our San Mateo lawyers provide experience and expertise in cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death accidents, and catastrophic injuries including brain injuries, spine injuries, and others. Our cases range from soft-tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries and the results we have achieved for our clients range from modest settlements to settlements of more than $ 10 million.
Our office has a reputation for obtaining substantial jury verdicts on complicated medical issues that require a detail-oriented approach and handling for a clear presentation to a jury. Our attorneys work hard to maximize our clients’ recovery on any particular case. Our added expertise in insurance litigation also ensures that insurance companies are held responsible for their unfair treatment of our clients.
We represent clients all over the Peninsula, specifically, in the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Marin, San Joaquin, and others.
