Took Bob in there for an over due scrub down for the first time last week. Called first and the women was very friendly and informative. Arrived to a clean spacious enough (Bob is 35 lbs.) work station. We chose the shampoo and conditioner which worked just great. I didn’t require any assistance but there was staff available if needed. Great location by 101/​92, plenty of parking, clean, good service, economical, small business, and Bob left happy and clean! We will be back!

I have not groomed my dog here, but love the helpful service they provided me! They are clean and we’ll organized. I have started my own Dog walking business Dogs Love To Walk for Foster City and San Mateo dog owners and they were kind to take my business cards to display.

My dog has only ever been groomed once in his life (before this place) and the reason for it is because it’s hard to find someone who can work with his fur. He’s a Pomeranian mix so his fur doesn’t grow out, instead it falls down and just drapes there. Any wrong cut and my dog could look like a mess. but then again isn’t that true for every animal in the world?
I did some Unilocaling before I finally settled on this place. I emailed them for information and was happy that they actually reply quite fast. They do require that your dog has gotten all its shots first and when I realized that my dog was missing his bordetella shot, I emailed them asking where it was possible to get one. They replied saying that there was a mobile vet that comes in every Sunday at the Pet Club nearby. Well, gosh darn it that was easy! Took my dog here on a Sunday and went to the groomers the Friday following.
The groomer I spoke to (sorry, didn’t get her name) was very friendly and offered suggestions on what to do with my Baby’s fur because I didn’t want it to be too short. She seemed to know what she was doing so I left my dog with her. The girl working the counter said it might be up to 3 hours since my dog was new there but to my surprise it really only took about an hour and a half.
My Baby looked so handsome especially with the bandana they gave him! And he smelled heavenly. My family even said that he looks younger with his new cut so I’m happy to announce that this place could be it for my dog.
Take your dog here, you won’t regret it! They know what they’re doing and they also sell really cute treats which I’ll probably end up buying next time because I can’t stop spoiling my dog. The nice part was that since I was a newbie, I got $ 5 off the cut. Ayeeeee.

I have been looking for a new groomer for my Yorkie poodle, Indiana. When I called I spoke with Barbara, the owner. She took the time to answer all of my questions; she was professional and courteous. I dropped Indiana off today, the staff was helpful. Barbara came out to greet us and discuss the grooming choices for Indiana. They finished with him within a reasonable time frame and his haircut looked great (and let me be honest, he was matted). The pricing was comparable to other groomers that I’ve been to.
Also, I’d like to give a shoutout to the customer that dropped off her dogs just before me. As she walked out the door she said to me, «They do good work.» They certainly do.

Snow White and Louie always look great after getting groomed here. Snow is a Coton and very hard to keep matt-​free but they manage to keep her looking so pretty. She even gets a bow in her hair after. The prices are good here, staff are friendly, they offer dental cleaning, have good hours, and Barbara, the owner always has a smile on her face!

We went to a Husky meet up in the middle of winter and immediately needed to get our boy washed after he was tussling around with other huskies in the mudd. Late on a Sunday afternoon, Fluff & Puff was able to accommodate us to come in for their self-​serve wash. They provided the towels, the soap, and tools to get our boy all cleaned and groomed and didn’t have a time limit. It made the whole experience a pleasant one for our husky and we will definitely be back due to the friendly service and reasonable pricing.

We recently moved to the area and my dog was in dire need of a good groom! The team at Fluff & Puff responded quickly to my email inquiry and got him booked in at short notice on a weekend. I have pretty specific requirements for his grooming (mixture of clipping and scissoring, more the latter, which is hard work) and the Fluff & Puff folks were really helpful and attentive, making sure they understood exactly what I was looking for. They even called me to double-​check one detail after I had headed out. I’m always a bit nervous the first time I use a new groomer, but there was no need to be in this case — my dog looked great! We will be regulars at Fluff & Puff from now on.

So I recently moved back up to the Bay Area after living in SoCal for the last 5 years. I’ve been trying to find a good groomer that can handle my miniature schnauzer’s unwillingness to get groomed as well as actually make him look good. This was the third or fourth groomer I’ve tried and upon reading the Unilocal reviews, I decided to give them a try. They were super friendly and took the time to really get an idea of what you wanted your pup to look like in terms of cut. However, when I got him back from Fluff & Puff, my little guy did not look much like anything I described. I’m not too upset because it’s fur and it’ll grow back, but there are currently so many uneven patches on my schnauzer. Oh well. Back on the hunt for a good groomer.
Update: Barbara emailed me and offered to fix my pup’s haircut no problems. I really appreciated the offer but I’ve been too busy to take him in. Added star for reaching out to fix my critique. Definitely don’t get that too often.

I’ve taken my pooch here a few times already to get his teeth cleaned. Their staff is always super friendly and handles my pup with compassion and care. We’re not too great with his daily teeth maintenance (we mainly stick to dental sticks on a daily basis), yet we’re never «judged» by their staff or the specialist they bring in to do the cleaning.
They don’t try to pressure sale you on any of their products or services, and genuinely show concern for the well-​being of all their customers (human and K-​9).
I’ll continue to take my lil guy here as often as I can.

I now bring two dogs here monthly. Katie is wonderful, very easy to deal with, and anticipates needs. My pom had a rash which they alerted me to, I can never see any of his skin cus of all that fur, so I also can count on fluff and puff for health updates even though they don’t have to give them. Will always recommend

Chizu gave my Pomeranian the best cut ever! He came out round and cute as a cotton ball! We loved it and can’t wait to return! I just tried them for the first time recently. Business seems very organized and thorough with their vetting policies. Prices are reasonable. We will regulars soon enough!

One of the best groomers I’ve used. They were gentle and patient with my two naughty pups. We have been getting them groomed here for the last year and a half. We tried a different groomer recently and we regretted it.
They pay attention to the details. My dogs come back with nicely trimmed nails, well shaped hair, and a big smile!

My experience with Fluff and Puff was amazing! I found Barbara on Google/​Yelp and am thrilled to have a great new groomer! I really like Barbara and found her to be super helpful! She went as far as to refer me to a local Vet. for a vaccination for my Golden in order to have her groomed-​above and beyond! I also had originally asked for a shorter hair cut/​service, and she recommended a lesser one-​hence less $$. Not a common occurrence in the service industry! I’ll be back for sure.

We went here for their self-​service tubs. They have 3, and when we were there, we were the only people washing their dog. $ 15. Super easy to use, and they provide shampoo and all the goodies.
They also clean up after so you can make a huge mess and leave, but we were good and tidied up after ourselves, and the dog came out spanky new and white.
They have a stamp card too so make sure you get stamped when you go.

I have three dogs in all different sizes and ages: 11yrs, 6 yrs, 4yrs.
I have been to many groomers from Burlingame to Foster City, and finally found the one that all 4 of us (dogs and me) like.
The place is very clean. They treat my dogs like their own dogs. My dogs come home with report cards written by each groomers on what they did and how my boys did — but most importantly with great looks.
Just a small Cons: They have dog day care section by the front desk. These dogs always bark loud and I can not even make a good conversation with the front desk people. I have recommended Fluff & Puff to my friends, and they brought their dogs for grooming. It would be nice if I get a simple thank you for referring my friends. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars from me!
Regardless I will continue to bring my dogs here and recommend them to my friends as I like the way they groom my dogs.
