Dynamically FIT

I’ve been working out with Precious a few times a week for the last 4 months or so. I’ve worked out with trainers in the past, but have never seen the level of dedication that I have with Precious. She is truly inspiring, always on her game, and keeps you focused and motivated throughout your entire session. I was just telling Precious today how strong I feel. My neck and back don’t hurt anymore as where it was pretty chronic before, and I can literally fly up a set of stairs now. I’ve dropped nearly 20 pounds and I’m more tone than I’ve been in 20 years. Precious makes it easy to keep to your regimen. She travels to you and won’t let you flake on your commitments to yourself and your health. Can you tell I just adore her? She is a huge part of why I’m feeling so much more fit and happier these days.

Precious helped me reach my fitness goals by building muscle that has stuck around. I trained with her for about 1 year and saw noticeable results right away. I dropped 2 dress sizes from a size 7 to a size ¾. She is a great personal trainer that gives you the emotional push you need to reach your goals and has the expertise to ensure you reach your goals. Her workouts are fun and effective. I continued to get compliments on my fitness even after I stopped training with her, because I gained muscle that stayed with me, so that I didn’t gain weight right away after I stopped training. If I wasn’t a student and $$ wasn’t an issue, I would still be training with her. But even with the short term investment– my results were worth it and are still apparent.

It is difficult not to love Precious because she is just so good at what she does.
I’ve been seeing her for a few months now — I started at one (1-​hour) session per week and now I’m up to 3 times a week. In that time, I’ve lost at least 20 pounds, toned my body, and improved my diet, fitness and, well, my whole life, basically. I feel much healthier and it shows! I feel more confident, sexier and am much more comfortable with my body. She has made a world of difference in my life — having Precious train and work with me on reaching steady fitness gains has been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
We meet at a park close to where I live and she brings all the equipment. She is super sweet, very approachable and not judgmental at all. She is always positive and during workouts, remains alert and intuitive, always making sure to tailor your exercises/​training to help you get to your fitness goals in a safe and creative way.
She is a wonderful trainer and she’s great in motivating me to push my workouts further/​harder without me even noticing. She is very current in her field, and tailors your workouts in a way that is varied, focused, effective and fun.
She is a rare find. I’m so glad I found her when she was relatively new to training in the SF area, because she will be in demand! I think she is too good for what she currently charges her clients.
If you have been struggling to get or stay fit due to time, motivation or whatever limitations life provides us, call Precious and start working with her. She will change your life for the better, as she did mine.

She is serious, guys. She will push you, goad you (in the best way), expect more of you than you knew you could give… she gets the job done!
And her taste in music is FANTASTIC! It was the beats coming from her sessions that hooked me and had me coming back!

I would recommend Precious at Dynamically FIT to anyone interested in making a healthy change in their life. Not only she run a great workout, but she takes time to get to know you, assess your condition, and custom tailer it to you. I was worried about my knee since I tore my ACL a few years ago, but Precious understands the science behind the movements. I was really surprised and happy when she asked me about my eating habits, it’s nice to know that there are people out there who care and take their job seriously.
Workouts are tough, but varied enough so you can keep going. I can honestly say I’ve worked out muscles that I didn’t know I had. After just a few weeks I noticed I had a lot better posture when walking and sitting.
Precious is very flexible when it comes to time and location. I’m pretty sure she has every piece of portable exercise gear ever invented. Don’t underestimate the BOSU ball, it has the power to make you want to cry.
She wants to help people be happier and healthier by making good choices, if you are ready to start making some better choices and do some hard work so you’ll feel better about yourself, Precious will be in your corner.

Precious is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. Working out wasn’t something I found «fun» or was ever something I found interesting until I worked out with Precious! She was tough but I got stronger and faster and wouldn’t miss a workout with her. She comes with everything you need, and great music to accompany your work out! You will never get bored or feel like your just doing the same routine all the time, she is very versatile and creative. She puts 110% work, energy, and faith in you that drives you to do the best you can be at a comfortable but challenging pace. If you have the opportunity to work with her– TAKE IT!

I am a mother to a 2 year old and I have my own business, which means that I don’t have much time in my schedule for much else. I was getting into an unhealthy rut of not exercising and I was feeling bad about my body and self. Precious is my accountability and my support in helping me attain my fitness and personal goals. I love that she comes to me with all of her equipment and she is very professional. She works you out hard, but at the same time is sensitive to not pushing you so hard where you could potentially hurt yourself. I love that she is passionate about her training and helping others attain their goals. If you are looking for someone who will make you look and feel good physically and mentally, Precious is your gal.

Ms. Precious really puts her heart and soul into her work. You will be motivated, equipped, pushed to your limits, and as a result you will make solid progress to your goals. I always looked forward to Dynamically Fits workouts (both indoor and outdoor) and they really helped me prepare for my Vacations on the beach… Whaaaaaaaaaa
