Business Owner

A classically French trained chef, Pamela’s professional career ranges from restaurant management to food and beverage director for a major hotel chain, executive chef, culinary instructor, and founder and CEO of CuisineStyle. Pamela received her grand-​diplome from the Ritz-​Escoffier École de Gastronomie Francaise in Paris and cooked in a number of Michelin-​star restaurant kitchens including L’Espadon in the Hotel Ritz, Michel Rostang and Jacques Cagna.

Upon returning to the states, Pamela put her talents to work for Draeger’s Supermarkets, one of the country’s most renowned gourmet retailers and culinary education centers. As Culinary Director, Pamela created their popular line of retail packaged foods, Epicurean Classics.

Chef Pamela Keith is passionate about great food and sharing it with others. She brings that passion to the tables of her clients through CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith.

My office has used CuisineStyle by Pamela Keith on many occasions. This most recent time we decided to go with the Parties To-​Go for a goodbye lunch. We went with a tapas style lunch with paella. What a great choice! Everything was delivered on time and still hot so we could eat it right away. Everyone LOVED the food and couldn’t stop talking about it for days after. You know it’s a great meal when everyone is silent while they are eating because they are enjoying it just that much! We highly recommend CuisineStyle Parties To-​Go!

I’ve had many catered events at my house in the past and I’ve always had to do so much to make certain that everything was going as planned… Not to mention all the set-​up and clean-​up that was I had to do!
I offered my house for an event this weekend andt my friend chose CuisineStyle to cater the event.
For a group of fifty, Pamela sent three of her staff. (She also showed up to help!!) The event coordinator/​set-​up person/​server/​clean-​up person could not have been more professional yet always had the most beatiful, warm smile and style. The cook used my kitchen to make non-​stop luscious appetizers. All this while keeping my dog from getting the bones in the garbage! The lamb chops were to die for, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Last, but not least, the young man that seemed to be everywhere, helping with everything, could not have more gracious. I don’t know how he managed but while he was busy doing his own jobs, he was also there offering to help me EVERY time I started. He did an outstanding job while also being kind and dear.

AND the three did their jobs effortlessly, unobtrusively.
AND my house was left spotless, maybe even cleaner than when they started!
AND you could not ask for more delicious food!

Pamela and her team are amazing at team bonding events!
I highly recommend CuisineStyle to any corporate event planner who isn’t scared off by her being in Burlingame.
That said, my office is in the city and we rented a bus to go down there. If it wasn’t for a motorcycle accident on 101 we would have been down there in a quick 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend CS to anyone in the Bay Area. She is an absolute joy to work with!

Through work, I was connected to CuisineStyle as an option for catering events. I have worked with them a few times now to have some of our events catered. The owner Pamela and the CuisineStyle staff are very professional and friendly to boot. They are communicative and have been a pleasure to do business with.
And of course the most important part is that the food is DELICIOUS. I am always excited if we have leftovers from events, because that means I get to take it home. I absolutely love their dishes.
In addition, when receiving catering for meetings we usually have to keep them in storage trays to be stored for about an hour before it is served. Despite the storage trays being plastic, CuisineStyle puts in the effort to make the presentation of these trays beautiful! They are a nice quality and each are wrapped pretty blue ribbons stamped elegantly with the CuisineStyle name.
Again I cannot stress enough: professional, friendly, beautiful presentation and delicious.
I will be keeping CuisineStyle in my address book for business use AND personal use in the future.

Pamela & her staff hosted a team building event for about 10 of us which included a cooking lesson with wine pairings followed by a feast. It was great! She and her staff were all very knowledgeable and they really went out of their way to make the day fun, informative & relaxed. The lesson took place in her professional grade kitchen which gave the event a really authentic & relaxed feel. I would love to do another cooking lesson with Pamela & her crew.

Our Wedding Could Not Have Gone Better!
I have seen Pamela and team in action many times, so I had no doubts that they would provide the most amazing food and service out there for our wedding. They exceeded all my expectations! Pamela was able to guide me easily through the process of creating not only a delicious menu and figuring out amount/​types of rental equipment, but also thinking about all the little details that made my wedding special.
On the day of, every aspect was taken care of. Our guests had appetizers and drinks in hand within seconds on arriving. They were blown away by the Cedar Planked Salmon, Grilled Balsamic Vegetables, Coco Bean Salad and everything else! They were commenting for months after about how excellent the food was.
Pamela has a way of taking your vision, and implementing it in a way that is even better than you imagined it. She puts so much love and thought into each of her events. I recommend her to everyone out there.

Pamela Keith and her team at Cuisine Style catered a celebratory cocktail party and sit-​down dinner for my mother’s 80th birthday in May. The menu required a fair amount of planning and thought. They had great ideas but also listened to my suggestions, too. We wanted the food to not be too fussy and complicated but full of flavor and nicely presented. They met all our expectations and then some starting with delicious hors d’oeuvres and continuing with a seasonal seafood menu for dinner. Beyond the food I was really impressed with the level of their service and thoughtfulness, something that a lot of caterers don’t live up to. They were especially attentive (but unobtrusively so) to all of the small details that allowed us to simply enjoy our guests and have a great time. We look forward to working with Cuisine Style again!

Pamela at Cusine Style put together a special party for us at her kitchen in Belmont. With our group of 12, she designed an «Iron Chef”-type competition, with fresh, local, ingredients that was a complete hit with our group. With two other professional chefs working with us, we had a great evening of food and wine in a unique setting.
Never overbearing, always supportive, Pamela was great to work with on this project. We will definitely consider teaming up with her again!

I see a lot of catering co’s come through my office but my goodness — I was SO impressed by Cuisine Style by Pamela Keith!
For a Friday Happy Hour catering, the finger foods includes;
— Cold cooked shrimp with cocktail sauce
— Lamb cutlets with mint jelly
— Mini corn muffins with grilled eggplant, peppers and cheese
— Cheese and fruit plate
The dishes were well prepared, and uses seasonally fresh ingredients (e.g. raspberries and blueberries, which are in season). The lamb cutlets was particularly impressive — being Australian, I value any chef who can cook good lamb :)
it is by far the best spread we’ve seen for an after work/​drinking occasion. Super impressed.
I read that she also does cooking parties — where one of Pamela’s chefs come to your home to teach guests how to cook — will absolutely consider doing that!!!

Pamela Keith just catered my wedding this past weekend at my sisters house in San Mateo. 40 person/​outdoor/​buffett. Her crew was excellent. She was super easy to work with, super sweet and was always available during the planning phase. Also, never pushy. During the ceremony they were very friendly and on top of it all. They even saved a little plate of the appetizers for us since we were busy taking pics when they were being passed around. She takes care of the all the rentals for you and arranges the delivery and pick up of them. I would definitely recommend them and hopefully will again have a chance to enjoy her food. Our guests loved the food! Yummy and fresh.
