I am so happy with their service and workmanship. They deal directly with my insurance, got great updates the whole time the car was in the shop; the car came back like new! Chris and everyone at Costelli was super nice and great!!!

I thought I’d update my review from September 2014. I found that the lower right rocker panel that Luis had installed on my car had two pins that attach the rocker panel to the car come loose. I took the car in and Luis had his body man replace the pin right away and re-​attached the rocker panel. It’s been perfect since! Thanks again for the great customer service and taking care of me!
If your BMW needs work, take it to Costelli and Pardini’s!

Wow, wow, wow! Timely, organized, and clean! Everything I love in a business. There was one instance where my message didn’t get relayed from message taker to intended receiver… but regardless, it was remedied quickly. My car came back immaculate. Now only if they worked on the mechanics of a car. I’d take my car to them for all my auto needs.
Would definitely recommend Costelli & Pardini.

Great staff. Patrick and Brianna made me feel very taken care of, in light of a bad situation (hit and run). My car in fact looked better than before because of them — it was the same price or cheaper to replace the bumper shield instead of fixing it, so they did that. Scratches no more! Thanks guys!

Their service is absolutely the best. Especially the manager Luis, he was consistently giving updates and took great car of my car. The paint has never looked this good. It’s feels like I’m driving a whole new car again. They do great work and will even give you a call afterward to see if everything is up to your expectations. Great service and great work all around.

They pay attention to every little detail and they make sure that the quality of work is to the standards of management quality before the customer is called for pick up. Our X5 needed a whole body paint job and we were very happy with the outcome and since that day Costelli and Pardini’s has been our go to place for any and all bodywork and paint

Recently had Costello & Pardini work on my wife’s BMW they did a great job. The one thing I really appreciated was the communication Luis gave me on a constant basis. It reassured me of timing and expectations. I have had bad experiences with auto body shops — Pardini I feel is a good solid place.

I have been a customer of C&P for the last 10+ years. They do beautiful work, are always friendly /​great customer service and complete the work on time when they say it’ll be ready. When I originally looked for a repair shop C&P came up always with great reviews. I am very happy — thank you everyone for helping me keep my car beautiful after life’s miss haps. & Kudos to Luis for becoming the key driver there who is always pleasant, helpful and on the customers side along with those that work with and support him & the customers.

I’m surprised at the range of stars awarded. Seems like 5 or 1. I’m very happy that I’m a 5. Luis the estimator gave me an estimate and said that there would probably be more work required when my bumper was removed (I had been hit «firmly» but not badly in the rear”. I later had the other person’s insurance estimator look at my car and the numbers were just about the same. When I went to have the work done, the estimator called to tell me there was more damage, They called the insurance company, got it approved and I had my car back in 4 days. The insurance company arranged for a rental car pickup at the shop and when I picked up the car, Breana called the rental company to come pick up their car. Really easy to work with. Also, the shop was spotless. The office was spotless and the waiting room was spotless. I’ve never seen such a clean operation. I’m glad I went to Costelli & Pardini’s. I’m also glad I don’t have much experience with Body Shops

Great shop, knowledgeable professionals, excellent service and prices. Take your car to them, you won’t be disappointed. Second to none.

I’ve gone through 4 separate companies for the repair jobs on my 2004 BMW 325i, having done so, I’m able to openly say that Costelli’s is one of the few companies that have competent staff for the most part.
Pros–
1)Quick and knowledgeable staff members who actually understand the process of getting repairs done without having to defer to someone else or someone in manageable…
2)When i walked in towards the main office for the repairs/​estimate scheduling, All i saw were Audi/​BMW models ranging from the 1-​series to the M6’s, that helps your confidence in the sense that they are capable and consistently proficient in working with one of the most commonly complex brand of vehicles that is more readily accessible/​affordable to the public.
—Much easier to afford a BMW as opposed to a Tesla/​bugatti–
—Much more training needed to work with BMW than a Honda—
3)Ask for Breana; she’s is very efficient in managing and delegating the required projects, inspections and repairs needed for your vehicle. From personally working with her on my vehicle, she kept in touch and kept me up to date about the repair and claim status more than the insurance company did… and by insurance company, i mean AAA…
BUT OF YOUR INSURANCE RENTAL IS WITH HERTZ-Burlingame…you are honestly better off taking the bus. and this is me being polite…

I JUST picked up my car and all I can say is wow. This is the 2^nd time in 2 months that I have taken a car to them (don’t ask!) and both cars were done to perfection. I am a really, really picky car person and not only did they do a great job, but they did an amazing job and delivered a better car than I expected. I will refer anyone I know to them and feel very comfortable going back. Well done, Luis.

I am amazed by the quality of work they did! Some d*bag dinged the rear quarter panel of my car on a parking lot really badly. After 2 painless dent removal guys said they couldn’t do the repair I was referred to Costelli & Pardini’s. My car looks like new. The entire process was super smooth. I can highly recommend this shop!

The BMW dealership accidentally scratched my front bumper and sent the car to Costelli and Pardini’s for a touch up… I am extremely disappointed in the job that the body shop did.
— The bumper has overspray on the front grills
— The air inlets were not prepped or polished after the repaint.
— The repainted areas are not properly finished and rough to the touch.
— Adhesive from clear bra removal was left all over the bumper.
— The repainted part of the bumper is showing paint chipping already
I spent 2 hours of my own time yesterday cleaning adhesive from the bumper, claying overspray and applying touch up paint to the newly painted areas. This is extremely disappointing that this kind of body work is acceptable. The car wash that the body shop performed was also very bad. There is webbing and scratches all over the paint along with left over dust from polishing.
I have seen a lot of body shop work and this was obviously a rush job. The carelessness that this body shop has shown is appalling.

I absolutely love Krystle, Frank, Luis, Rebecca, and EVERYBODY at Costelli for making my baby look like new again.
About two months ago I had my car trunk window on my SUV smashed in and bags stolen. Before coming to Costelli, I tried to save money and go to some shady company named Speedy Auto Glass (but that’s another story). In short, Speedy not only lied and gave me an aftermarket piece of crap glass, they installed it incorrectly, ripped out my wireless key antennae, and worst of all misaligned my trunk lift gate and SCRAPED OUT the paint at the hinges.
BMW AND my insurance company recommended me to go to Costelli and let me tell you, they are WORTH EVERY PENNY. NO HEADACHE, no mess. In just one week, they had EVERYTHING FIXED.
I could KISS all of them. Krystle was so helpful from the get-​go… No need for one appt after another. Because they are a state farm select shop, you get one appt w/​your adjuster and everything is sent to Costelli and they get started immediately.
Can’t rave about how professional their customer service people are and how great their quality is in their work.
Truly 5-​star worthy on Unilocal.If anything happens to your car, TAKE IT TO THEM. Dont waste your time trying to save your money at some shady no name shop like I did. COSTELLI FTW.

I recently had my second experience with Costelli & Pardini and feel compelled to «Yelp» them as a result of having had what I think is the best customer service experience during my 14 years in Califonia. I am very meticulous about my cars and think that their work is second to none. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Luis this time around and he was on time, to his word, and consistently went above and beyond what was needed to ensure I was happy — and he did it with a smile.
Highly recommended.

So some jerk left a 2ft scratch on my bumper while I was in class. I frantically brought my car to the Peter Pan BMW dealership to see what they could do about it, and they sent me to Costello and Pardini’s Auto Body Shop. The car salesman told me that they send all their cars over to Costello and Pardini’s. I arrived 10 minutes later and the owner checked out my car to give me an estimate.
At first, his secretaries wanted me to fill out a form for a written estimate. All I wanted was a quick estimate based on what he saw. Luis carefully examined my car and told me that it would be about $ 800 dollars. Luis was very honest and let me know that I can either go through insurance, out of pocket, or he can polish it for free and we can go from there. I decided to see what the car looked like after Luis polished it. My bumper looked brand spankin’ new! There are still a couple of scratches, but nothing that is too noticeable.
I even showed my sisters the before and after picture and they were surprised.
5 stars for their honesty, friendliness, professionalism and service.

I got into an accident in the Tar-​zhay parking lot a while ago (not my fault). Costelli & Pardini’s was recommended by the insurance company. I brought my car in and they said that I’d have to get a new bumper, I also wanted them to fix some dings and scratches in the front bumper (not part of the accident).
Luis helped me and it was a smotth process. I only had my car in the shop for 3 days which was a great convenience.
The bumpers looked like new — and the great thing is that they washed and vacuumed my car for me!
If I ever need to use a body shop again (knock on wood) I will not hesitate to recommend Costelli & Pardini’s.
