Established in 2004.
Kevin and Jeannie have been providing technology service and support for 30 years, 6 of them to small business in the Bay Area. Over time they have seen dissatisfaction by business owners about the quality of service and support available to their business.
Seeing this dissatisfaction and knowing that it does not have to be this way Kevin and Jeannie started Bay to Bay Technical Solutions. They see the value of personalize service and support for small business and want to show to the business owner that they do not have to settle for mediocre support. Technology is at the heart of all small business and should be supported and cared for as much as the business owner cares for their business. This is why the motto of Bay to Bay Technical Solutions is «Spend time on your business, not your computer»

I began my career as a field service engineer and grew my knowledge and experience by working up through IT into positions of management. I have worked with the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and held the position of associate director in a program called the Technology Advisory Program (TAP). As associate director I built and managed a consultant team of independent contractor to provide free technology consulting to small business. To date I have 30 years of technology experience in the information technology (IT) industry, 6 of them in private practice helping small business in the Bay Area. Bay to Bay Technical Solutions provides computer support to improve business operations and technology consulting services to small businesses. I understand that our clients would rather have their business technology perform without error or problems rather than depend on tech support to fix problems. My job is to support the client not just fix the computer.
