A B C Limousines

I was quoted a price yet when I received my confirmation no price was listed. I immediately emailed them back asking for this to be updated but got no response.
I was picked up as scheduled and was dropped off at 6 hours of service but was charged for 8.25 hours, charged toll fees when we crossed NO bridges, tax & license fees and fuel charges which was not quoted.
I have reached out to them 4 times with no response and am utterly disappointed with this company.

I made a reservation to pick up myself and my family at the airport. When they failed to show up I called dispatch who told me that the driver was too tired to pick us up. They left us stranded at the airport at 200am.
The dispatcher was kind and offered to get another driver out to pick us up but it would take an 90 minutes to get there.

Very unprofessional driver – older white man with white hair. Road rage. When I contacted company they didn’t even have courtesy to call back.

I have used ABC for over 5 years and never recall having a problem. Their driver, Michael, is my usually driver. Even when Michael is not available, they always meet me in the baggage claim. Cars are always clean, come with water too! They have a new app and I have just started using it, quite easy to navigate and book through it.

I had called quite a few places for pricing on a party bus, or Limo. The average party bus price as at least 1k if not 1,500.00 with poor Unilocal reviews… and the limo places seeming fraudulent.
I came across ABC Limousines as a friend had used their services for NYE and liked them.
I went ahead and booked an executive van which I think seated 15 – 17. Our driver Edward was very polite, professional and let us hang our cute pink girly decorations in side :) Let us play music and never seemed bothered by our games, loud laughs, and at times… crude jokes ;)
What was most important to me, was their billing abilities. They emailed me an invoice once I placed my deposit, responded to my email when I need to down size my vehicle, and billing went smoothly. They did do a ‘test charge’ to make sure my card was good, this charge was for 200.00 over my quoted amount, and then instantly credited it back to my card. I didn’t know they were doing this and when I called to inquire, they walked me through their process.
ABC is a professional company who is clearly use to doing business in the corporate world. Much better than calling a ‘company’ to reach a guy’s cell phone who clearly owns his own limo and will surely take a $ 200.00 deposit over the phone… with no ability to send a receipt or confirmation of a booking.
Any future business I do, will be with ABC Limousines.

ABC Limo has always done an incredibly good job for me. They are there 15 minutes typically before pick up and wait around for an appropriate time to call you (I’ve seen them out the window before they call. They always have water and mints. The drivers dress, drive, and act professional: always picking up your bag to meet you and one telling me a portion of the tip is in the fair. I’ve used them no less than five times. They cost more than a shuttle, but the service is impeccable!

We used ABC Limousines to take our group to multiple events and it did a great job. Dependable and quality transportation.

Have used ABC for years for all our limo services for a large company. I have never heard any complaints from our employees, ABC is always there on time. NEVER a no show. I completely trust them when they make my reservation that they have the info correct plus they send me a confirmation on email. Definitely recommend them.

Well, I got a message from Don M (many weeks after this incident actually happened, and after I posted my review). I responded to it and explained what happened. Predictably, I haven’t received a response.
If you use this company, I’d advise you to check your credit card statement. I don’t know WHO at their company tried to defraud me, but it’s clear SOMEONE did (you don’t «accidentally» charge someone 5 times for 5 different amounts over the course of several days). It’s surprising to me that after 4 different attempts to contact them, no one from their company actually bothered to look into it, apologize, or explain it. The only thing that worked was reporting them to American Express.

I used ABC Limo service for a ride to the airport. David was my chauffeur and he was extremely patient, professional and with a funny bone. I had some changes in my plans and had a couple of friends joining me, which added a lot more luggage than a standard sedan could handle. But Dave was very accommodating and be got us to the airport well before time. 2 thumbs up!

We used ABC last night for a work event, and they were patient and polite. Even offering to go the extra mile for us at the end of the night. Great pricing and great people. Do recommend.

Rented a passenger bus with driver for our wedding recently. The bus was supposed to pick up family and friends from out of town from the hotel and drive them to the ceremony, then wait and drive them to the reception. The driver started to take them straight to the reception location (despite specific instructions from me), until someone on the bus noticed. Then the driver had no idea how to get to the ceremony so people actually had to use the GPS on their phones to guide him to the ceremony (which by the way was in the Golden Gate Park).
I (the groom) spent half the day in the limo on the phone with my family on the bus trying to make sure they actually got to the ceremony. Our family and friends were extremely stressed out that they wouldn’t make it on time after taking 3 times as long to get there. Let’s just say everyone from the bus told us we should ask for a refund.
Very poor preparation and lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t use this company for anything of importance.
Update 12÷12− Happened to see «owner comment» on this saying «Person has not used our service.» Not only did I use their service, I paid a few hundred for it. Yikes, that’s what you are dealing with here…

Amazing people! We’ve rented passenger vans from ABC the past 2 years, and it is easy to pick up and drop off on your own schedule. The vans were in great condition– clean and easy to drive.

I’m glad our company now has a choice of airport limo services.
My pick up from SFO was waiting for me, not the reverse, which has happened to me before. After coming back from a trans pacific flight, I always get that relieved feeling when I see my name on a sign held up by my chauffeur.
My chauffeur was professionally dressed and well mannered. He took my bag from me while we walked to the car, and kept the small talk to a minimum. The car was clean, and the bottled water inside was just what I needed after being dehydrated from my trip. He also allowed me to sleep on the drive home and had exact directions to my house.
This is exactly the service I need after a long flight. Thanks, ABC.

My high school buddy’s husband works with the owner Don Meinke. He cut us gals a great deal and an unusual Contra Costa County pick-​up location by our expert driver Michael. Michael put up with 9 crazy women on a wine tasting tour through Napa (see my previous Unilocal for the wineries we toured). We had mimosas and chocolate cake shots in the limo when we were not wine tasting (we brought our own Frangelico, sugar, and lemon wedges).
It was the perfect way to visit many wineries all in one day safely. I would totally do it again with ABC. They rock!
